“Visited on Valentine’s Day for snacks and a cute bag. I realized I was last minute but man were they efficient. They had 2 registers open and 2 ladies at the balloon station and were blowing those balloons up very quickly and getting people out the door. On a day that was so busy this store was very efficient with expediting transactions while still having great customer service.”

“I love all of the Dollar General's. My problem with them though is #1 ailes are too small #2 always being out of things #3 they need to have a better set up though because if you're like me I don't want to buy food that's been exposed to laundry detergent, it just needs a new setup is all”

“This place has been rebuilt in the inside and I really like it. There are now more options but a lot of times they go out of stock quickly. The cashiers walk around the site a lot so you have tell them that you are ready to pay. Love the affordability and choices tho. Get the app to save a few more bucks”

“I love this family dollar the men are so kind considerate helpful very soft-spoken they are not rude they have excellent customer service. Now don’t give me wrong the women are very nice and helpful as well. But the men do over and above the work, that’s what i call excellent customer service in my book.I have read some of the comments on here. I don’t know who was in the store before these employees came, all I know is I will keep coming to this family dollar, because the family dollar that’s closer to me, I don’t care too much about their Customer Service. I know everybody has a bad day but every time I come in there no one smiles they act like they didn’t want to be at work.Keep up the good work employees at family dollar ❤️??”

There were no dirty tables. The floo was freshly vacuumed. Service was with a smile, and all the staff spoke at our entry and our departure.”
“I love everyone who works there, always super nice and helpful. I don’t like that they are short staffed bc of corporate not wanting to hire more workers. They all do a great job of making it work, even being short staffed. They need more help to be able to get merchandise out and have clear aisles to walk through.”

“I must say this is one of the best organized Dollar General Stores I've frequent. The company still seems to struggle with stock replenishment. This obviously is region wide. So many empty spaces. Company needs to repair the parking lot that floods. The management and staff should be rewarded for a good representation.”

When I visited other Dollar trees in my area riverdale, jonesboro, Forest park, Fayetteville those stores are always so junky and dirty and the staff look at you like you stink or owe them money or something .”
