“I love this store. Friendly staff. I have had help trying to figure out exactly what I need. Keep in mind, there isn't an employee waiting at each aisle to assist But when I need help I can always get it. The store is huge so I can't expect every employee to know exactly where everything is. I will often check store inventory before heading to the store. Inventory and location of the product is listed with the product on line.”

“I went to Home Depot to see if did Lawn Mower Tune-Ups. Also to get a wooden Mailbox Post. They stopped doing Tune Ups 1 year ago. But the gave me info on Tune Up shops in the area. The wooden mailbox post. They had 18 in the system, but they couldn't locate them anywhere in the store. They referred me to another Home Depot. The employees Customer Service was very Respectful and Helpful. 😊”
