Keep in mind, there isn't an employee waiting at each aisle to assist But when I need help I can always get it. The store is huge so I can't expect every employee to know exactly where everything is. I will often check store inventory before heading to the store. Inventory and location of the product is listed with the product on line.”

I'm very pleased with the staff professionalism as well as their knowledge in appliance. I had know idea of the measurements but with Lowe's staff help the appliances fit perfectly.
