Wayne was the greatest help! Busy man, he is in the Painting and Flooring department and came to help me in the Hardware department. Amazing craftsmanship he taught me. Changing the lock in a knob is very interesting! Wayne was friendly, thoughtful, and fast. Something you don’t find in customer service now a-days!!!
