“Recommended for affordable batteries and the owners are honest and helpful. Got quoted for a new battery for my Sentra at a commercial battery place for $400 and I got a new dependable used battery here for a fraction of the price. It been years and that battery still runs. Just got a lawnmower battery and it runs well. Highly recommended”

“I can’t recommend Daryl @ MHC Gainsville enough. He replaced the head, replaced cylinders, and installed new fuel injectors on my truck, and it runs great now. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really cares about doing the job right. What impressed me even more was the extra effort he put in — he even had my truck washed before giving it back to me. That level of customer service is rare these days. Honest, professional, and went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back for future work.”

There should be more people like Sheree in this world that take pride in their job. I can’t thank Sheree and the hole teem at ww for taking such good care of me.”

“I want to give a special shoutout to Eliza at this AutoZone location. I came in on a Saturday morning in a panic with my battery warning light on. She tested my battery and quickly determined it was good but low on charge. She then took a look under the hood and immediately spotted that my serpentine belt had fallen completely off and that the bolt holding my alternator was loose — something I never would have noticed on my own. If Eliza hadn't spotted the problem, I might have just bought a new battery and kept driving, which could have led to a much more dangerous situation down the road. She gave me sound, honest advice, told me not to drive it, that it would need to be towed, and pointed me to the auto repair shop just up the street. She clearly knows her way around cars and her quick diagnosis potentially saved me from a much more dangerous situation. In a stressful moment she was calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. AutoZone is lucky to have her!”

“Wonderful staff! I went to this location after going to a different parts store(not advanced) where I was treated with horrible disrespect. I believed I needed a new battery and needed mine tested to see. Marcus helped me and was more than happy to test my battery. He gave a lot of info and was super nice after the experience I had at another store. I was very stressed and anxious about my car. I did need a new battery and not only did he help me get the right one but he installed it for me as well even though he was getting ready to leave for the day so I didn’t have to leave the store with a bad battery and it go out again and leave me stranded. There was another guy there that checked me out but I did not catch his name. He was also super nice and retested my battery after the new one was put in to make sure it was staying where it should be, and there were no other issues before I left that parking lot. He was tall and had brown hair and a short beard. I really can’t thank these guys enough. You helped a mom get home safe and sound! Thank you!! ?”

“Be fair when you write a review and not let your Emotions Cloud Good Judgement. This facility I was told in my phone conversation this morning has thousands of vehicles . The phone conversation with this business continued by saying they would need a few minutes to try and locate a part followed by asked if I could call back in a few minutes since all it’s employees were helping other customers with a Thank You for my patience. If you have never been to a facility like this keep in mind employees are expected to work in all types of unpleasant weather conditions since much of their work is outside . Don’t be that person who has gone through the Covid Era to jump to conclusions and become rude to any business without knowing the facts letting your emotions write a review. The way you treat people is the way you will be treated.!”
