“We searched for an Apartment complex that has great management and maintenance. This was more important to us than having the newest and most updated rooms. I continually am blown away by how quickly work orders are taken care off upon submission. Shoutout to Henry and the amazing other maintenance staff!!
One thing I noticed that there is continual repairs and improvements done to the community. I see a sidewalk repaired or a pool fixed or a concrete path poured, before anything gets into a really bad condition. This to me speaks of an Appartement complex that goes above and beyond and doesn’t just do the bare minimum like many others.”

“We've been living at City View Vinings for nearly 2 years now, and I can confidently say this place is an absolute hidden gem. If you're on the fence because of a few negative reviews, I urge you to take those with a grain of salt—some forget that apartment living comes with a few shared realities. Our experience here has been nothing short of fantastic.
From the very beginning, the leasing staff has been incredibly attentive. Diana, Renee, and the rest of the amazing team—they are always on top of everything. Any time we’ve had a question or concern, they’ve responded quickly and kindly. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in keeping the community running smoothly.
Now let’s talk about maintenance—they are truly top-notch. Every time we’ve submitted a request, it's been addressed quickly and professionally. Things are fixed right the first time, and the team is always friendly and respectful when entering your space. And we absolutely have to shout out Moe—he is the BEST! Always kind, hardworking, and goes above and beyond. Moe is one of those people who makes the community feel like home.
Speaking of community, it's peaceful and quiet, and we’ve never had any issues with noise or disturbances. The property is clean, well-maintained, and tucked away just enough to feel cozy and private, but still gives you that city-living vibe. From our apartment, we get stunning views of Sandy Springs and Atlanta—a view that never gets old!
All in all, City View Vinings is the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. It's close to everything you need but feels like a peaceful retreat. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid, welcoming, and well-managed apartment community”

“Dylan and his team are amazing. My wife and I have lived here for over 2 years. We love almost all of it.
The thing we dislike, and the only reason I can't rate the complex 5 stars, is they have started leaving the gate open during the day. We pay to live in a gated complex because we love the security and safe feeling we have, but leaving the gate open all day defeats the purpose.
Everything else, from the amenities to the affordability is amazing. It's the best complex we have lived in, and would love to stay here for a few more years”
“An apartment complex’s living experience is mostly determined by the maintenance service. The service here is excellent! Above and beyond.
The only thing that is disappointing is the mandatory fetch subscription. Fetch service is horrible and it’s a value reduction rather than addition.”

“I’ve lived at this property for three years, and during that time I’ve gone through a lot of real-life ups and downs. What has stood out to me more than anything is the people who work here, especially Gina McLean. She is the General Manager and the true Director of Property Operations in every sense of the word.
Gina doesn’t just run a building. She deals with residents’ struggles, daily issues, emergencies, staff, and every situation that comes through those doors. And somehow she does all of it with compassion, patience, and a calm spirit that brings comfort to people who are going through things they might not even talk about out loud.
There were moments when I honestly did not know what the outcome of my situation would be. I felt overwhelmed, embarrassed, and unsure of what to do. Gina met me with understanding and kindness every single time. She didn’t treat me like an apartment number or a problem to fix. She treated me like a person. Her empathy made me feel seen and cared for at a time when I needed it more than I could ever explain.
I truly believe God placed her here for a reason. She has been a blessing in my life, and I’m not afraid to say she was an angel for me during some very difficult moments. I will always be grateful for her support and the way she carried herself with grace, even when things were complicated.
Living here has meant more than just having a place to stay. It has meant knowing that someone in leadership actually cares about the people who live here. Anyone thinking about moving in should know that Gina is one of the reasons this community feels like home.”
