“I have lived at Azalea Springs for a few months now. There were minor issues at move in however the leasing agent (I cant remember her name) was super quick to fix them right away! I have had only one emergency work order (due to no fault of maintenance) and Luis was prompt to respond. When I say prompt, I mean within minutes. He resolved the issue right away and scheduled the vendor ro come out within an hour to complete was he was not able to do (no fault of his because it had to do with carpet) … Luis just stopped by my apartment again to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction and even checked the smoke detectors for me. It’s amazing living in a community who has awesome office staff AND maintenance because in this area that is extremely rare. (I have lived at 2 other complexes all within 10 miles of here so I am aware of issues going unresolved for long periods of times or never getting resolved at all. Luis and the staff here are amazing!”

“Hi, I’m Kayla. I have lived here going on two years but making my first review. I just recently transferred to a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment here and my experience has been TOP TIER!!! The ladies in the office Vonnie and khadesia have been outstanding in my entire transition and hve helped me though any and all hiccups that naturally come with apartment renting. I lived in a 2bedroom and started the process months prior before my lease ends to be fully prepared and they helped me the ENTIRE way. They are very professional, sweet and knowledgeable. My best leasing office experience I’ve ever had. ❤ Maintenance: Not only was the leasing part Top Tier but so are the maintenance guys here. After I moved, I had to put in a few maintenance request (made on a Friday) and litterally the next business day they came and fixed EVERYTHING!! I want to Thank Ryan for his professionalism and making sure I was taken care of. I explained to him the issues before submitting request and he took care and even gave me a brand new dishwasher the NEXT BUSINESS DAY!!! I also want to thank Abel Genchis, he immediately came and drove 45 mins to help with a leaking sink, after hours. Fixed issue within mins! I hope corporate see this! I AM A HAPPY TENANT. Thank you!!! Move here, don’t wait!”

“I’ve lived at this property for three years, and during that time I’ve gone through a lot of real-life ups and downs. What has stood out to me more than anything is the people who work here, especially Gina McLean. She is the General Manager and the true Director of Property Operations in every sense of the word. Gina doesn’t just run a building. She deals with residents’ struggles, daily issues, emergencies, staff, and every situation that comes through those doors. And somehow she does all of it with compassion, patience, and a calm spirit that brings comfort to people who are going through things they might not even talk about out loud. There were moments when I honestly did not know what the outcome of my situation would be. I felt overwhelmed, embarrassed, and unsure of what to do. Gina met me with understanding and kindness every single time. She didn’t treat me like an apartment number or a problem to fix. She treated me like a person. Her empathy made me feel seen and cared for at a time when I needed it more than I could ever explain. I truly believe God placed her here for a reason. She has been a blessing in my life, and I’m not afraid to say she was an angel for me during some very difficult moments. I will always be grateful for her support and the way she carried herself with grace, even when things were complicated. Living here has meant more than just having a place to stay. It has meant knowing that someone in leadership actually cares about the people who live here. “My son and I had a great experience living here for nearly two years. There are amazing schools nearby. Angela and Carrie in the front office are warm and welcoming. I've never had any challenges with receiving mail, packages, or food delivery. The location is convenient and rent is more affordable than in the past. I absolutely love the pool. There are beautiful fountains, lush landscaping, happy chipmunks abound, and plenty of space on the sun deck. Happy neighbors have been both courteous and respectful. The few maintenance requests I put in were resolved thoroughly and promptly. I would recommend Woodpointe to anyone looking for housing in the Marietta City area.”

“I've read the reviews we moved in a month and a half ago so far seeing nothing but a wonderful community fantastic office ppl friendly maintenance staff. The apartment itself is extremely relaxing quiet easy pool and gym access and my wife and I love the layout it felt like home almost immediately.does it have its lil quirks that took a lil to get used to yes but all new places do .overall I suggest anyone give this gem a try and be nice to those office ladies they are the nicest ppl your ever going to meet . Update:we've been here 5 months going on 6 there's been your norm wear and tear repairs needed all of which maintenance has been fast to fix and very nice people. We will be resigning the lease in June if not before if able .this apt complex is a wonderful place for anyone to live between the fantastic staff and the units .I am not the easiest person to deal with at times but the office staff has gone above and beyond for me if your wanting a quiet safe apt that the staff is there for everyone you definitely need to move here I'm 53 and my wife is 45 and this is hands down the best place we've lived in the last 20 yrs”

“As a current resident speaking purely based on my own experience, I can honestly say that I have had nothing but good experiences with the current staff and have no problem getting any of my service/maintenance issues resolved. I have heard bad things and seen bad reviews about the previous management company. But my overall experience living here at The Belaire has been pleasant. It isn't like living at the ritz carlton but I don't expect that. My expectation of living in a quiet, family friendly, mostly clean, environment that I can afford has been met. I have nice neighbors and the management team (TYRA!) does a great job even though she is currently understaffed. I appreciate her and the engineers. They are doing all they can do with a skeleton crew! I hope to renew my lease when the current one is up and stay until I can buy my little dream house!”
