“Krysten was extremely welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. She was very thorough, polite, professional and warm! She made us feel at home right away and I could tell by her interactions with other residents that she is like this with everyone. The property itself is wonderful! I love that it overlooks the chattahoochee River and is close to restaurants, a coffee shop, brewery and a full service- dine in restaurant. The apartments are open layout. The amenities are perfect: saltwater pool, club space, wfh tech deck, grill patio,, sitting patio, full gym, yoga space, bike storage and resident events. I may be forgetting one or two! Beautiful location, reasonable pricing and lovely staff!”

“Lecosha was absolutely amazing! From the moment she assisted me with getting my apartment at Mableton Ridge, she was so kind, patient, and helpful. What touched me the most was that on the day we signed my lease, she stayed until almost 9 p.m. (that was past her closing time) just to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication really meant a lot to me. She went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate her. Mableton Ridge is lucky to have her! ❤”

“I have visited this facility and it is fabulous. The staff is amazing and keep the residents busy with activities. We had a valentines dinner and it was so wonderful. Everyone dressed all up in their red outfits and really enjoyed it.”
