“I stopped in here after getting my landlord’s dog’s nails trimmed and I’ve always wanted to come in here anyway. Such a great experience!!! Evan was fantastic-he deserves a raise!! He was knowledgeable about all of the products-I was very impressed!! Upon walking in, I was greeted by Evan & an older gentleman, the store is very clean, it was cool in there (because it’s very hot today) lol, and they have a huge inventory!! I liked being able to see how many I had, exp date on them and then receiving reminders about expiring soon, etc. then I could use what I wanted when I wanted. Now they are clumped together with no exp. date listed so not something that can be tracked. Keep current program, BUT update with reminders about exp. date, etc. with an email if not within our account that we log into. Thanks!”

Two older chihuahua/weenie mixes can be a handful but he handled them gracefully and gave me an overview of everything that would be done. And when I came back to pick them up he told me all about their behavior. I will be bringing them back.”

“Amazing customer service! I went this week with my son to look at Betta fish- He’s 6, so I was on the fence about it, however, I spoke with Bernice and she was absolutely outstanding. She spent at least 45 minutes going over everything you could possibly need to know about betta fish. Thanks to her, I have the happiest 6 year old in mableton! I left there with the knowledge and confidence I needed and ending up buying ALL the stuff to set up a successful tank. Our water is conditioning now and we’ll be back Friday to pick up our new family member! Huge shout out to Bernice!!! Petsmart is lucky to have her.”

If you pay attention to the sales you’ll catch some great deals and it’s easy to save a lot. I particularly like this store as I always see familiar faces, knowing that they keep their employees happy, and always seem to be in a good mood for a chain store is definitely a plus for me!”
