We went to another store in Hiram and they wanted to charge us 4 to 5 dollars per page per signature of a witness where Faith’s store charges a flat rate. They are always fast, polite, and knowledgable. Even during the Christmas rush, they keep the lines moving. I’m in there at least 2-3 times a month, and get the same great service every visit. Skip USPS and go to this UPS Store.”

“This store 0575 is the ABSOLUTE BEST at being efficient. I frequently use their services to ship items for my e-commerce business.
I've probably used at least 3 other stores in the area and not on can compare to the quality of the service. I don't think I ever spent more than 5 minutes in the store (great thing) because they have everything ready for customers.
Any questions? Answered.
Any problems? Solved.
And it is done quickly. A round of applause. This store is the gold standard for doing good business and doing it well.”

Two Friday’s ago, I went into print a resume - a sweet gent helped me with a few pieces of better paper. I checked out with other items and headed to the interview, then remembered that I forgot to pay for the paper - $1ish. I felt bad and went in the next day.

I am going to miss this location so dearly, she’s the best example of leadership in a small location (big) establishment. She’s always greeting people and hold conversations, thank you for your wait if the line is long and moves swiftly to accommodate customers. Never a negative experience with her around not with me.
