We went to another store in Hiram and they wanted to charge us 4 to 5 dollars per page per signature of a witness where Faith’s store charges a flat rate. They are always fast, polite, and knowledgable. Even during the Christmas rush, they keep the lines moving. I’m in there at least 2-3 times a month, and get the same great service every visit. Skip USPS and go to this UPS Store.”
“This store 0575 is the ABSOLUTE BEST at being efficient. I frequently use their services to ship items for my e-commerce business.
I've probably used at least 3 other stores in the area and not on can compare to the quality of the service. I don't think I ever spent more than 5 minutes in the store (great thing) because they have everything ready for customers.

I am going to miss this location so dearly, she’s the best example of leadership in a small location (big) establishment. 3 Kay brothers helped me get my shipment to Ghana in one piece and in a timely manner. They came a fair way to pick up my brush mower weighting 400 pounds (5 hour drive) around the Christmas period (December 15 2023). I picked it up on 14 February . “My passport photos were great and the Douglas County courthouse tried to tell me that my photos may get rejected as a scare tactic to utilize their photo service but i submitted the ones from Ez Pack and Mail and those did not get rejected. I also come here to get items printed and signed and usually get good service.”
“This company is absolutely awful!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Not only do they overcharge for freight, they sent a senior citizen to lift 1886 pounds. He refused to lift it-despite me paying and it being his job, and no supervisor would help me. I was told that it needed to be left on the curb. BUTTTTTT, the director Jared was contact, he resolved the whole issue. He came out to the location himself and didn't leave until it was resolved. He also discount a few services. He made it all worth it. Kudos to Jared for amazing customer service!!”

However, the customer staff was very attentive, efficient and the manager Carl, did an amazing job of making sure he attended to everyone in line versus waiting for people to come up to the counter. While serving others, he also made sure that the Amazon bins were clear. I haven’t seen good manager on multitasking like that in a long time.”

They were helpful, kind and communicative, and understanding of my ask for a rush print. They were happy to accommodate, even though I know they were busy. Amazing service!”
“The lady who helped my mother and i was nice. However,what i needed to do was not explained by the first guy who initially started the person. The guy who i expressed to that i was lost.My issue is: I did not know i had options to create a label ( costs differ based on if you print label yourself vs the store helping). After, i paid, I was told i could have saved almost 50 percent ( and the options i had) had i create the label and print it myself. Something i was trying to do on the app, and asked for help initially. Even after expressing i needed help to figure things out. I would have given them 3 starts, but the lady who finished helping my mother and I was so pleasant and funny. We had such a good attitude and personality. So she saved this rating.”

“Great, helpful for returning a package. However, as far as FEDEX goes for delivering packages in highly unimpressed! We got a prescription package in the path of destruction against the garage door. (on the mud tire tracks.) We went to speak to someone and we're told not their problem. They were not going to fix this, keep in mind these are our babies seizure meds! One missed day and the seizures are very violent. They told us to take it up with the co they had it shipped. Thank God they fixed and and sent over night shipping. If I could choose who my meds were shipped through it would NOT be FEDEX!!!”

“This place is conveniently located in a Publix shopping center. Get my energy drinks and flyers done. This one particular Saturday when they were supposed to be closed, the owner chose to open and help me with my flyers that I needed for an event the next day. Of course, the copier machine didn’t feel like working. The owner spent about 4 hours troubleshooting and figuring out what the problem while I went to Wendy’s. I chose to wait just bc I saw the determination to accomplish the task. It made a good impression even as a repeat customer. Made some connections at the event.
