“The people at this store have always been helpful, considerate, and provide excellent service. I have been going here for over 15 years for a variety of services. Never once have I been disappointed. Do you know how rare and exceptional that is? As for their shipping services, I like that they store the addresses I ship to, so I don’t need to create a label, they have all packaging supplies covered, and they price compare for what is best value. If you need to buy a greeting card to go in your package, they have a display. They also have copy, shredding, notary, And so many other services. They are my go to store.”

“This location is amazing. It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write reviews. The people that work there are super efficient and friendly every single time. I've been to this location tons of times and I don't know what people in the other reviews are honestly complaining about. Anyone that has a problem, go use the UPS in Kennesaw Old 41 location and you'll appreciate how friendly, efficient, quick and professional this location is - especially in a time now where decent service just sucks everywhere. I think it's family run. There's rarely a wait even with a lot of customers in there, they get the job done and are really nice.”

“Setting up a mailbox was super easy. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. Secure, easy & convenient access to your mailbox 24/7. Great place to mail & ship items as well. Lots of business services available to make owning a small business less of a hassle. I would highly suggest using them over a post office box.”

“This company is absolutely awful!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Not only do they overcharge for freight, they sent a senior citizen to lift 1886 pounds. He refused to lift it-despite me paying and it being his job, and no supervisor would help me. I was told that it needed to be left on the curb. BUTTTTTT, the director Jared was contact, he resolved the whole issue. He came out to the location himself and didn't leave until it was resolved. He also discount a few services. He made it all worth it. Kudos to Jared for amazing customer service!!”

I had an exceptional experience at my local UPS store! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. The customer service here is truly top-notch. The team went above and beyond to assist me with my shipping needs, offering suggestions to ensure my package was securely packed and shipped.
What stood out the most was how patient and knowledgeable Vince was when answering all my questions. He took the time to explain the different shipping options, making sure I understood the entire process. Not only was the service quick and efficient, but the level of care and attention he provided made me feel valued as a customer.

“Was here when the doors opened @ 0700AM. Had an 0800AM was unloaded before my appointment. Per their plant manager, they have to have you unloaded in 2 hrs. They have a schedule of so many trucks per day to make sure this happens. If you show up late, not your schedule day for your appointment etc...you will become a work in. So just know at that point you can be here all day or even pushed to the next day. This place is awesome in my opinion. So with that being said drivers show up early and drop your load early or be late and don't complain about the all day waiting or next day, thats on you!!”
