“I just had to take a moment to recognize the absolute gem of a woman working at this thrift store today. She was an older lady with such a warm and welcoming spirit — truly the kind of person who makes you feel like family the moment you walk through the door.
From the start, her customer service was outstanding. She greeted me with the kindest smile, offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping others. Her energy was so positive and comforting, it completely changed my day for the better. You can tell she takes real pride in what she does and treats every shopper like they matter.
In a world where good service can feel rare, this lovely woman reminded me that kindness and patience still exist — and they’re powerful. I left with not only some great finds but also a full heart. If every store had someone like her, the world would be a much brighter place. Thank you for being such a light!”

“Ashlee is great! Lots of great stuff to pick through and amazing energy from the staff. We loved that we knew exactly where our money was going. Higher prices but no worse than retail/FB marketplace and when we went everything was 50-60% off. Def will revisit and recommend to friends. Also offer delivery which is so nice for those of us with tiny vehicles lol.”

You weren’t just a customer, he made you feel like family. Recently I stopped in to find antique prices.The new label system makes a career to get off your merchandise.”

“This store is packed with furniture and decor both new and used. I found a great dresser to restore for $80.00. Now, I just have to try to find the antique locks that fit the holes and handles for the drawers.”
“I absolutely love volunteering here. The experience is rewarding you see the impact your working is making right away. The team leading this initiative is wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say about them, they are there every Saturday even if it rains taking care of the community. If you can donate your time to this organization do it. If you can donate to their thrift store do it. It all goes to this food security effort.”
“This place is AMAZING!! So many vintage items and great little finds!! Especially if you're shopping for a wedding or shower. All volunteer workers and the profit goes to feed children in the area. You can bargain as well.”

“10/10 recommend! I’ve been here a couple of times before and I always find nice pieces. This time, I was searching for a vintage Coach bag or an older style and I asked the young lady working the register. She was so sweet and helpful. She showed me the bags they had available, I see this really cute coach bag on display and for some reason I misread the tag, so I thought the price was super high. After I left, I called back out of curiosity to ask if the price was correct, and it turns out the bag was actually much more affordable.
The same girl who helped me earlier answered the phone and said she was willing to set the bag aside for me, just this once, as requested. I went back and bought it. She was incredibly sweet and helpful, not sure what her name was and she even explained how their pricing works, which was super helpful to know their prices are always affordable and reasonable.I absolutely love the condition of the bag!”

“Expected this place to be clean and nice and it indeed is. Looks like Marshalls with the luggage and nice sections. Large store with clean restrooms and plenty parking. When I got into it, there wasn’t a ton in the men’s section. They do decent with size ordering but it was a lil off and there were a few off the hanger items. There was a lot for woman like a lot lot. They could spread out the lil mens they have. Clothes I did like ended up having holes in them. Please super inspect all items before purchase. I’m getting better at that. Nothing like thinking you’ve gotten a deal only for it to be ruined in a noticeable spot. Happy pickings. Cashier could’ve smiled”

“This is my favorite Park Ave Thrift, especially if you join the club bc you can get 50% off all but one color any day of the week. The bathroom is terrible!!! I hate that Park Ave staples their tags right on the clothing; I’ve destroyed a piece or two removing the staples.”
“We just stopped by this location with a car full of donations at 5:45pm on a Sunday - both employees couldn’t have been more helpful, they opened the doors and were ready for us before we got out of the car. They moved all items inside quickly and they were so nice and friendly - great customer service!”

“This is one of my favorite thrift stores. They have a wide variety of items and low prices. Certain items are on sale everyday (clothing is 50% off and some decor is 25% off). Every time I go I find a treasure. A review would not be complete without mentioning the delightful woman who runs this store. She is amazing. If you're lucky, you just might learn a thing or two from her during your visit.”
