My sister in law’s account has been hacked and drained by the hacker. This has dragged out for over a month with no resolution. After dealing with numerous CSRs over the phone (several of which were rude and made her feel like the criminal) she made an appointment to meet with a manager at the Mableton branch. She had an appointment this past Tuesday at 2 PM to meet with Damien. He was 15 minutes late for their appointment and at 2:30 told her their meeting had to end because he had another appointment. 15 minutes was not enough time to even review everything that had happened let alone reach a resolution. Unbelievable!

This bank location ATM NEVER works is always, " cash deposit currently unavailable," or can't withdraw...if is a Holiday save gas and don't stop here because is 100% is not going to be working. If is after 8 p.m same thing find another location. Or just don't waste your gas and go to another location cause it NEVER WORKS.

Maybe if quit worrying bout my weekend, money won't be misplaced and cost me the 10 minutes I had to get breakfast.... just count the money. Everybody don't care for the small talk. Some people goal is to be in and out , as quickly as possible

Both ATMs are often not accepting deposits. VERY inconvenient.

I HATE this location so much and I hate that this is the only one closes to my house. My sister has BOA and she never has all these issues with their ATMs. I had to make a deposit and one ATM was turned off and the other one said deposits weren’t being accepted (which seems to be the same issue every week). I drove to another WF bank only to find the same thing. What a waste of time! What’s the point of having ATMs that aren’t going to operate. THANKS A LOT WELLS FARGO! I wonder how many people feel the same way?

I don’t ever go to this location, but today I had my worst experience with Wells Fargo, I’ve been deposing checks (more than 3) on drive through for years and today Rita refused to, she was so rude and said Wells Fargo has change, I don’t know since when cause I did last Friday. Even though, she was soooooo rude and for sure she has not been in a training of “How to treat the customers”.

No signs posted that they have returned to normal operating procedures. IQ level of personnel is extremely low. Feels like the unemployment office rather than a bank. Closed my account. Just can't be around low class business peeps.

I must say I have had nothing but EXCELLENCE experienced besides the knowledgeable representative who help me NOT once but twice MICHAEL JONES regardless of how the branch was busy HE took the time and for every single customer he had " we all knew he was going to TAKE CARE OF US . He is a HUGE help with my refinancing . DEFINITELY coming back it my BRANCH now
