Wells Fargo Bank provides great customer service with helpful and friendly staff. Employees are extremely helpful, filling gaps in service from the drive-through window to the desk and outside ATM. Customers without appointments are welcomed warmly and can get approved for credit cards or personal loans quickly, sometimes within 30 minutes the same day. The branch has wonderful people who make customers feel welcome.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Wells Fargo. As a business account holder for years, I expected a higher level of professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite—poor customer service and a lack of consideration for loyal clients.

Wells Fargo on Floyd road in Mableton needs to do better servicing the customers with the One (1) ATM because the other one is out of service at 5:15 p.m. on a weekday. Customer shouldn't have to wait in one long line to get to the ATM at 5: 15 pm on a weekday! This is not the first time!

Seriously rude tellers. Called up here several times for them to put me on tremendously long hold, even called the corporate number, and finally came in the office. Tellers seem to not like their jobs and were snotty. Honestly, this is why I don't ever want to deal with actual people with this bank. Worthless
