“Very nice people that manage the place. Can you believe my package got misplaced by USPS? I was so upset, but then I got a knock on my door and one of the people that work here, Mikayla, was at my door with the missing package!!! So walked all the way to my complex just to hand deliver it to me. I'm so grateful. I was having a hard time and that gesture almost made me wanna cry..tears of joy! You're in good hands here.”

“The only thing that bothers me is the maintenance people. Trying to force their way into my house, without permission. They lied to my late mother three times saying they fix an issue, when they didn't. Over all good place, but they need better maintenance.”

“As a fellow property manager my experience here was top tier!! CLAIRE, was incredible! She gave me a very thorough tour, provided me with excellent customer service and more than enough information on the property. The property was so clean, the office is beautiful and super inviting. You could see maintenance techs out with carts tending to the property. I love this place, I've also spoken with the property manager and she was super nice and inviting as well!! I also have a friend who currently lives here and she speaks very highly of the complex as well as office staff. I'm excited to become a resident here!”

“Despite the reviews I read I stopped into this apartment complex several times, unannounced and I must admit the customer service I received each time has been impeccable. I met the community manager Keikora and she made my decision easy! She showed me a couple of units and needless to say I appreciated her transparency and her attention to detail. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I felt no pressure or persuasion she checked off EVERY customer service box for me. I am looking forward to perhaps making this my new home!Kudos to you, Keikora!”

“The colleague I toured with at Rutland Place- I think her name was Selena was very nice, intelligent. The 2br,2 bath apt I looked at was very nice renovated, new carpet, stove refrigerator, new washer, dryer. Love it. She was great, Awesome. Mary Cargile”

“SABRINA is AMAZING!! I've been here since November 2021, and she has been wonderful since day one. She showed me the model unit and answered all of my questions she was very knowledgeable about the area, the property and the application process. She acknowledges me and my children every time she sees us, even when we're in the pool she would be so kind and offer my children popsicles, they love seeing her. She is so kind and genuine. I know prices are high and continues to fluctuate with different properties but when you have a leasing office staff that cares about the community it makes you want to stay. I love my apartment and i appreciate Sabrina for all that she does. She is a blessing to this community.”

“I currently live in these apartments. For the price, they are definitely great units. We have a one-bed, one-bath, so it's pretty small. But it's perfect for me, my fiancé, and our dog. A nice quiet little complex close to Tom Hill Sr. Blvd., and only 10 minutes from the Shoppes at River Crossing.”

“I wanted to move to downtown Macon but I couldn’t find availability but I found PineRidge apartments which they’re only less than 3 miles from downtown and the rental prices are much cheaper. The apartments are neat and clean on the inside and the staff has been very helpful. Even though they are older apartments, if you have any maintenance issues they will come fix in a timely manner.”
