There is always plenty of parking, and the apartments are beautiful and well-maintained. “I was going to write this review when I first moved to Lullwater, but I wanted to give an honest, thorough, and detailed review. I also wanted to spend more time living in the community before sharing my opinion.
My husband and I moved from out of state last year, and we were overwhelmed with trying to find somewhere to live. We wanted a place where we felt safe, had a sense of community, and truly felt at home. A few weeks before moving, we came to Macon for the day to look at houses because we thought we were going to buy. After a long and stressful day, we felt like we had wasted the trip. We couldn't find anything that fit our needs or wants.
It was almost 4:30 p.m. that Saturday when I suggested we stop by Lullwater because the sign from the road looked nice. My husband and I were hesitant about apartment living due to a previous experience we had, but as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, I noticed how well-kept and beautiful the property was.
When we walked into the office, we were greeted by a kind, smiling face, Ashley. I think we both let out a huge sigh of relief because it was the first time all day that we felt like we were actually making progress in finding somewhere to live. Ashley's kindness immediately put us at ease. Even though we arrived shortly before the office closed, she welcomed us with open arms. She took the time to show us around the community and tour the model apartment. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the property, the residents, and everything happening in the area. By the time we got back to the leasing office, we knew we wanted to live there. I also love that it's a gated community, which gave us an added sense of security.
Before we moved in and finalized our apartment selection, Ashley even took the time to FaceTime my husband and me while we were still in our previous state to make sure we were comfortable with our decision. She was always quick to respond to emails, texts, and questions and I had a lot of them! Her patience and willingness to help were greatly appreciated during such an overwhelming time.
After moving in, things only got better. There's an annual luau, and we were able to attend last year. It was amazing! There was catered food, leis, decorations, and it was such a thoughtful way to show appreciation to the residents. I'm already looking forward to this year's event.
The luau isn't the only way residents are appreciated, though. The staff provides fresh-baked cookies daily, along with muffins and coffee in the office and gym area. The maintenance team is fantastic and always willing to help with anything that needs attention. Meredith and Ashley work hard to meet the needs of residents and make sure everyone feels valued.
Ashley is one of the main reasons we've loved living here. She is nothing short of amazing- always joyful, welcoming, and willing to lend a helping hand. She not only made the move-in process smooth, but she has continued to help with the little things ever since. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her residents, her career, and people in general. We absolutely adore her.
Another reason I love living here is the organization and structure that help create a safe, beautiful, and welcoming community. There's also a monthly newsletter that keeps residents informed about community happenings, local events, fun holidays, and other interesting things going on around the area.
If you're looking for a place to live, whether you're considering a house or an apartment, this is your sign to come check out Lullwater. It's been one of the best decisions we've made, and we're so thankful to call it home.”

“Live here currently and just renewed my lease for 3 rd yr. It’s peaceful not a lot of noise. Rental office always answers phones during office hrs. Anytime there is a complaint, they are quick to address it. Units are a great size. I am in a 3 bedroom 2 full bath and the unit is large and spacious. Parking situation could be better but the property management has tried to address guess parking to accommodate tenants. Since then, parking has got better. It’s a decent place to live and rents are reasonable. I love it here and it’s comfortable. Not much to complain about. Had an issue with someone going in through my car once, but I failed to lock my car by accident. Property management was aware and warned of the concern. Other than that, neighbors are nice, noise is minimal, management is nice, units are sizable, price is affordable, and location is great! What more could you ask for?”

“The office staff and maintenance are all very community friendly and will go out their way to helpa tennant with whatevers going on. The studio and 1 bedroom apartments are very nice and to be honest in this economy are very affordable sin e includes everything.”

“The Young lady in in the office is awesome!! she goes above to make sure things are taken care of and she is all available for any an all question. maintenance always do their best to fix things when they are broken the only issues is the upkeep of the grounds they need to hire a better lawn service that will do more than cut the grass with a riding mower. the tree limbs needs to cut so the light can light up the parking lot, I love my unit, I don't have to many issues, The apartments needs to be renovated real bad, make it better for the tenants that are still there keep up the good work that's why the ones still there are there.”
