The colleague I toured with at Rutland Place- I think her name was Selena was very nice, intelligent. The 2br,2 bath apt I looked at was very nice renovated, new carpet, stove refrigerator, new washer, dryer. Love it. She was great, Awesome. Mary Cargile

Moved in to the complex in June 2023. As far as I've seen, maintenance isn't great. They take so long to answer requests. Little bit of garbage laying around from other tenants but other than that, the place is great to live. Pretty safe area, haven't had any issues with tenants and everyone is generally nice.
