About Shadowood West

Shadowood West is a scenic, pet-friendly community offering spacious one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes. The homes include private laundry areas, large bathrooms, private balconies, and extra storage. Residents enjoy a sparkling swimming pool, fitness studio, children's play area, and a scenic fishing pond among mature trees and manicured grounds. The rental office staff are noted as very nice, helpful, sweet, and attentive. Maintenance is generally responsive, though some concerns about maintenance personnel have been noted.     Came for a viewing but never made it in due to how it looked upon arrival. Potholes , everything looked lowkey abandoned also the buildings need to be pressure washed. Not knocking down this lovely company but you’ll bring in people if the appearance on the outside was better.

    Toured the property and talked Kay today and she is such a sweet soul you can tell she knows her stuff and loves her job 10/10 would recommend her to anyone:)

    It is clean and nice inside. There is a place for kids to play and you can have animals out here also.
