“Staff is very knowledgeable with friendly customer service. While testing my battery they suggested I get my transmission checked due to a smell. They took the time to explain all of my options with warranty information. I walked out with a new battery, a deal on rotors and brakes, and a recommendation for a local mechanic. Within hours I was contacted by Alan Johnson, sales manager, and he asked if there was anything he could do to get me satisfied. He seemed sincere, so I decided to give 5 Star one more chance. He and Derek, service manager, went over and above to make sure the items promised were followed through with. They set an appointment and were there when I brought the car in. They even provided a car for me to drive while my car was being serviced.

“My car battery died on a day I had many appointments. I was able to get a jump and went to the Auto Zone on Shurling Drive in Macon. I had a short time window to buy a new battery and have it installed. Fortunately there was a pleasant and very competent young woman named Kay at the desk who listened to my needs and quickly identified the best battery for me. The store manager, Jay, installed it. Kay was also able to identify a replacement marine battery for the sump pump at my house. The technician servicing the sump pump wasn’t willing to sell me one because his company charged $1500 for it! Kay found me one for under $150! These good folks made my day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!”
“Had three different mechanics work on my air. Auto air of Macon finally got me working again. Dealership wanted $3500 to do the same thing Auto Air of Macon did for $1400. Turns out it was a faulty compressor from O'Reilly's. Got AC Delco installed and works great. Will take my other truck to them next.”

Very open and honest over many calls into this facility about T680 over the past 2 years. Always is spot on about when they can get you in for Diagnosis and even repairs! Always available for questions and any concerns dealing with Kenworth. Has been extremely knowledge able over the phone, listening and advising me on issues with my truck and has worked me in when the shop was full. Parking lot repair on hillside curb front valve assembly ( AMAZING ) THANKS DYLAN FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP THEN AND NOW AND INTO THE FUTURE!

If you’re looking for a collision center look no further. I had the best experience with CARSTAR the representatives communicating with me through the entire process. I’m not from Macon this repair shop was recommended to me by my insurance company. Special thanks to the entire staff Kelly and Sarah I appreciate you. I didn’t get the mechanics names but please share my sentiments with them. The customer service was unmatched. My car looks brand new. Thanks for giving my baby a much needed face lift lol. “Took my car for an estimate to this shop and other shops. Other shops had ridiculously high prices for a simple dent and scratch. I chose Dent Doctor for the price after reading reviews about their work. Inadvertently, they broke a component on my car. They took the car to the dealership, got the component corrected. They worked the weekend to finish my car. The resulting cost resulted in them actually losing money on my job. I was willing to pay more to at least bring them to break even. They refused my offer. And the results were top notched. I was concerned about them matching color. They did an excellent job”
