“Overall great experience! I must confess Jerremy upsold the hell out of me… but I’m glad he did! Went in looking at the used selection and ended up driving off the lot with a BEAUTIFUL 2026 Camry and I’m in love with it. The financing was easy and streamlined. Will definitely come back when we’re ready to upgrade my wife’s car!”

“I bought a Santa Cruz several months ago. I was promised several things that were not delivered. I expressed my displeasure in a Google review. Within hours I was contacted by Alan Johnson, sales manager, and he asked if there was anything he could do to get me satisfied. He seemed sincere, so I decided to give 5 Star one more chance. He and Derek, service manager, went over and above to make sure the items promised were followed through with. They set an appointment and were there when I brought the car in. They even provided a car for me to drive while my car was being serviced. I have to say..These guys really care. They knew they had a very unsatisfied customer but instead of ignoring the issue, they met the issue head on and wouldn't stop until I was satisfied. Thank you 5 Star, Alan and Derek. I highly recommend these guys!!”

“Took my car for an estimate to this shop and other shops. Other shops had ridiculously high prices for a simple dent and scratch. I chose Dent Doctor for the price after reading reviews about their work. Inadvertently, they broke a component on my car. They took the car to the dealership, got the component corrected. They worked the weekend to finish my car. The resulting cost resulted in them actually losing money on my job. I was willing to pay more to at least bring them to break even. They refused my offer. And the results were top notched. I was concerned about them matching color. They did an excellent job”

“This service department is top notch in service! Rich is a gentleman who treats his customers with professionalism and kindness way beyond his duty. He has truly helped me with poor service from the Mazda dealership where I purchased my car in Charlotte NC. I have loved the Mazdas I have owned, but because of the shady dealings I have endured from Mazda of South Charlotte, I was ready to give up on my all-time favorite brand of automobile. Rich Cook has renewed my faith in the Mazda brand, and when I’m ready to buy my next Mazda, I will choose Five Star Mazda of Macon!”

Tony went above and beyond helping me replace my car battery and add coolant—he was knowledgeable, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s clear he really knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. I also want to recognize Tuesda, who consistently makes sure we are taken care of every time we come in. She’s friendly, attentive, and always willing to help however she can. Customer service like this is hard to find—highly recommend this location because of people like Tony and Tuesda!”

“I came in around 5PM on 08/04/2026 with my vehicle overheating. Kevin was the main person who helped me but referred me to one of his other coworkers who's name I forgot when it was something that he couldn't answer. My issue turned out to be a bad thermostat. I had to change the part in the parking lot due to not wanting to damage my vehicle. It took me a few hours to get the money together to buy the part and coolant. I was there until 10 PM working on my vehicle. By the time I got the money together it was 8:30 PM. I was borrowing the loaner tools as I didn't have my tools on me at the time. Kevin and Nnick were both working and very helpful, they even came to check on me and let me know when they were closing and when they closed. They had to take the tool cart back inside but left me with the tools that I needed so I could finish my repair when they were getting ready to walk out the door. Kevin stayed in the parking lot until I was finished with my repair to make sure I was safe and so I had some more light as I was there until after the outside lights turned off. I greatly appreciate the help that Kevin, Nick, and the female employee whose name I forgot gave me, all three of them deserve recognition for their excellent customer service.”
