Ms. Ocha helped us today, and she was absolutelyu wonderful. She was genuine and very professional. She even followed up with us after our appointment regarding a credit card application. Overall, it was a great experience. Other staff members were also nice and organized.

I have never had a problem here. They are always courteous and very professional. I always go inside and the line may sometimes be long, but they get thru it fast. Also nice to know guard is at door who greets you and opens the door for you. Great customer service. It pays to be patient and kind.
