This is a late review, but the Store workers take who they want inside I was waiting a while a lady came inside behind me was knowledge and ask for help before me I told the rep I was waiting he ask the lady after me like I was lying I felt discriminated against and they prices go up all the time just for WiFi 191

I was shocked how fast the service was, my suggestion is to go early in the morning during the week if you have any ability to do it. The staff was very helpful and I was able to deal with a problem amazingly fast!!

I was welcomed and I took care of my business quickly. The associate was very helpful and friendly. I gave them every opportunity to keep me as a customer. But they just would not match the unlimited data offering that I found with fiber cable.

I hate cox as a whole I moved to an address where the previous tenant left owing a bill and I’m been doing everything they asked to get service and here I am two weeks later and still no service and lucky for me the complex where I live has an agreement that coz is the only service provider we can get so no dish or direct plus who is competing with cox we need another internet service provider in this area cox shouldn’t be the only option

The store is fine. This is a review of the service. I got a new modem because my service was choppy. Now, you have to manually connect the modem. I kept getting "Service Unavailable"!!! What happened to simply plug and play?!?!

I've been a cox customer for a long time, I was disappointed with the service, it was not explained adequately about their new mobile service. They need to train their reps to be more informative, I was told my service could be switched using my old phone but I was told cox phones were $4.00 & I pay the tax on the phone but I got an email later saying totally different. I hate that I've set everything up when I got it because it would've went back the next day. Very DISAPPOINTED customer

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I called in for assistance and received horrible customer service. I can't call it customer service because I didn't receive any service at all. I called and she literally answered the phone placed me on hold and never returned to the line. The store is now closed and she still haven't come back to the line. I sat on hold for 18 minutes and 43 seconds. Is this a normal practice for Cox employees to blatantly disregard customers? This is ridiculous there are so many people out here that would be happy to have a job and would actually do their job. However, they are picked over for people like this young lady. Whoever the young lady is that closed up the store this evening needs to be coached and trained on how to provide customer service and customer retention. She also needs to be informed that without customers there would not be a job to go to and make a paycheck to feed her family. DO BETTER!!!

Once I walked into COX. I was greeted by everyone and the Assistant manager sorry I had forgotten her name. She quickly helped me with a return item. I wanna thank y'all for y'all service keep up the good work.

The prices here are insane. They keep raising rates. Thankfully AT&T fiber is in my area now. At cox I was paying $115 a month for 500mbps and to rent my wifi. With AT&T I get a full gigabit and my wifi included for $80 a month. It works amazing by the way.
