“Rooms were very clean. The service at check-in could have been a bit more customer friendly, especially for loyal members. I asked for feather fee pillows and the person at the front desk wasn’t very accommodating at first. She finally stated that she would change my pillows out when the other person came in. She did follow through without being prompted to and changed them out.”

“Had a great stay at this Best Western. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the whole property was well kept. The free breakfast was a huge plus with plenty of options, and we also appreciated the workout facility and pool. They were kind enough to give us a late checkout, parking was easy, and overall everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.”
“Very modern and clean site with nearby restaurants, fuel and retail shoppes. Full size fridge is a lifesaver so you can store bags of ice in the hottest months since there’s no ice machine in the building and the ice maker on the fridge puts out 3 cubes per 10 hours!
A minor problem easily resolved as the Kroger 0.6 miles away has cheap bags.
Check in was quick and easy, the common areas were clean but muggy in the summer.
One elevator that was getting the job done.
Hallways were mostly clean except for a pet pooping in the hallway and the irresponsible owner leaving the scene!
Pets of all sizes are allowed.
The room was more than adequate there was limited bathroom counter space but the shelf below the sink is a big help.
Shower had plenty of hot water!
Overall this place is an almost 10 with the free parking lot.”

“Love comfort inn, this one doesn’t have recycling ♻ like the others☹ also, why are all still using quarters as the way to pay for their laundry? But otherwise, love all comfort inn’s, great values.
Oh, they didn’t have any quarters at the front desk when they have a coin, so couldn’t trade the cash I got from the ATM for quarters. They told me to go across the street.
And for those who like a homey feel, the cafeteria area is adorable here with one step staircases, nice touch. Greatly appreciated by me at least, love anything that feels more like a home, as a living on the road person.”

“Found this little gem by accident. Spent a day here with an old "friend" getting reconnected, so to speak. No television in the room, but it's not like we went there to watch Wheel of Fortune. It serves its purpose. It's secluded and very quiet.”
“We stopped here on our way to NC for a few hours of sleep and were pleasantly surprised with the nice breakfast the next morning. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming when we went into the kitchen for breakfast. I especially appreciated Ms RaShonda hooking me up with a bottle of water before we left so I didn’t have to use my debit card. This was worth the price we paid and we would stay here again.”

“While the surrounding area is a bit"sketchy" the Hotel as a whole is very
nice. Pleasant Service, clean executive suite type room( I booked a 1bd king size rm) it was sooo nice. Clean,well kept, just all around beautiful. Sure,they weren't 5star worthy,nor were they aspiring to be however, to be labeled a two star is a grave travesty. Ok,sure...they didn't have an ice machine; ok,sure they may not had a vending machine, but there was a convenience store within walking distance so,it's all good.
Oh,finally...the price? Well..I was expecting to shell out about...$62 dollars tops,with tax( price before taxes $56) so to pay $80 was a bit shocking,but otherwise it's cool. Definitely will be visiting here again when I'm in the area.

“I’ve been here multiple times . All the staff is friendly. Not one bug which is surprising for hotels in this area, air and heat is great. Very little noise, clean environment, clean room. Every room I’ve stayed in has had a clean microwave and refrigerator. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants as well. The water gets and stays very hot. Great experience I will return!”

Make sure no Church is renting the room next to the breakfast….
Make sure there isn’t a “Group” of people staying at the hotel… they took over the hotel for 3 days of my 7 days I was there with my kids… smoking weed as if it was bubble gum, being loud as they always are… talking across the lobby as if they are in their own home, all patio furniture taken for their own use… not etiquette… no respect for others… it’s their world in their mind. If they are paying for services they feel entitled to do anything.
Incredible, it only gets worse and later we are the bad ones for saying something.”

“I honestly didn’t even care about the water stains on the chair or the booger stains on the shower curtain because this place was absolutely amazing. I came to Tampa for a 7-day road trip, and after staying somewhere else first, this hotel was a huge improvement. It felt cleaner, more comfortable, and was a much better experience overall.
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for getting around the area. Compared to the run-down hotel I stayed at before, this place exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.”
