“We chose this hotel based on it being dog friendly with no dog size restrictions. We travel with two large dogs and it’s hard to find a hotel that allows them. Beth at this hotel was so friendly, kind and accommodating to us. She was an amazing asset to this hotel. Check in was easy and our room was ready, on the first floor and easy for us and our dogs. My only complaint would be the room just has a few bugs on the hvac system and a couple leaves on the carpet. Other than those small cleaning issues we really did love the hotel and location. We will definitely be staying here again while traveling.”

“The rooms were clean but old. Bed was fairly comfortable. We had a mix up with the type of room on Travelocity and Janice was great. She found a solution for us and provided great customer service. My only complaint is that the entire hallway smelled of pot and cigarette smoke.”

“Great location. These are very similar to the Tru by Hilton. Rooms are very clean and breakfast was good. My only complaint is that the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower were all empty. Had to have my husband give me soap from the sink area. These should be checked daily and ready for the next guest. All in all not a bad place to stay. Would recommend you give it a try.”

“They put us in a room that has a sign on the a/c “leave on low for the a/c to work”. Well it did not and it was hot. The lady did not want to change our room and the a/c kept going off every 2 minutes loud not able to get any sleep. Not sure I will be back at all.”

“Found this little gem by accident. Spent a day here with an old "friend" getting reconnected, so to speak. No television in the room, but it's not like we went there to watch Wheel of Fortune. It serves its purpose. It's secluded and very quiet.”

“A young unprofessional check in receptionist was the worst experience of this whole hotel. She was down right rude and mostly unhelpful with a nasty attitude. Could not even answer a basic question like is the any place to eat around here or even if the hotel had laundry facilities. She was the absolute worst I've ever experienced at any hotel and I've stayed at many across the US.The manager though was very courteous and professional and made our check in smooth. Thank you Raj. House keeping was friendly and helpful, thank you.Our room was clean and quiet. Everything was in good working order. Breakfast was available as was laundry facilities and a pool.”

“Service was wonderful the young lady was very helpful, friendly and professional. The beds and towels were clean. The roach infestation was mind blowing! We couldn't sit our food, cup, phone, nothing down without it being immediately swarmed! The roaches were even on the toilet! On the toilet seat, in the shower on the walls , tables, chairs everywhere!!”

“This is a really bad neighborhood. At least 15 of our cars were broken into last night as well as the hotels next door. Smash and grabs. The hotel should at least have live surveillance but employees don't have access so they can't even watch. Local lady said gangs are bad in the ares. I witnessed homeless walking through the parking lot several times. The room floor was sticky and hairy. Nothing had been swept. Bed was made,clean and comfortable. Staff was super nice and apologized for our cars. I felt bad for them. They need hazard pay. The police were nice and did what they could but was grateful a officer even was employed in that area with all the craziness going on in our country.**as of 5-20-23 the hotel never responded to my request to speak to them about what happened. They did not refund my stay. They did not apologize. I recorded their only employee around 1am walking off the property. I let them know that in a email. Employee could have been involved. The break ins were in front, right where the front desk could have seen or heard all the windows breaking. I was pretty loyal to holiday Inn but haven't been to one since. I stayed at least 10 nights a year at various locations. The police did call me a few days later with case# and I told them of my recording and suspicions. The thieves took at least one hand gun that a fellow car owner admitted to me personally. To me, with the lack of security,the hotel is complicit. I pray for anyone harmed with that gun and hope the gun owner never returns to a hotel with a no gun policy.***update 10-31-23. The hotel never refunded my hotel stay or my cost to have car repaired. They never even apologized for not putting up barriers to prevent this from happening. I have not been back to another Holiday Inn since. If someone from corporate would have at least sent a letter I would just blame the local management but seems they don't care about their customers safetySafety: Don't go there. Its not safe.”

“3 miles from my dentist. Many FL hurricane evacuees, all the people who were working to get the power back on... A very busy time, but every person was under control and it was quiet for a good night's sleep. Clean rooms and grounds.Rooms: Our Pet Room was very clean except, the previous Med. Sized guest snuck in a pee by the bedspread and it was dried up on the floor. I cleaned the spot with a wet wipe and all was well.Safety: We have stayed here before and again Sept, 5th. It is off the I-75 and in restaurant and motel row and we never felt unsafe or in danger walking to a restaurant. They have security cameras.”

“Affordable place to stop on a road trip! The rooms aren't great. There is a stink to the first floor. We were on the 2nd floor both nights (we stopped at the same hotel both ways to/from our Christmas destination).The staff was lovely. The breakfast was fresh and yummy. Make your own waffles and/or pancakes. This was $30-50 cheaper than other La Quintas in the area.”

“I’ve been here multiple times . All the staff is friendly. Not one bug which is surprising for hotels in this area, air and heat is great. Very little noise, clean environment, clean room. Every room I’ve stayed in has had a clean microwave and refrigerator. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants as well. The water gets and stays very hot. Great experience I will return!”

“It's a decent deal because of cheap price.(Probably suited only for those with moderate expectations).No bugs (I didn't go searching for them and they didn't come searching for me).Clean sheets.Clean bathroom (a light water drip).Decent A/c (not quiet but not disturbing either).Decent cable TV package.Has a small fridge and microwave.The decor and such is dated; and carpet a bit worn but so is the price...It worked out for me as a place to sleep for the night, take a warm shower and get back on the road.Tip:- Book online instead of calling, etc. It's a lean operation with staff multitasking.”

“I recently stayed here for one night while on vacation, recently. It's a different Hampton Inn where the elevators are placed in the middle of the hotel on the first floor. No big deal to me. I had received an upgrade from the hotel and the room was outstanding. The bed was phenomenal and I slept like a champ. Everything was accessible and easy to get around. The service was great and it's a really nice Hampton Inn for being right off the interstate. I highly recommend this hotel while passing thru Georgia. Thank you and best of luck.”
