Terrible customer service. Has had our mower for going on 2 months and has repeatedly lied to us about the repair. No updates, just lies. Can't get one person on the phone who doesn't spew lies out of their mouth. This is the second but I guarantee the last time I will ever use this place for anything. Let alone work on my zero turn. I hate it had to come to this but rule number 1 in customer service is honesty.

I purchased my first zero turn Gravely last week from Jack’s Saw shop. I checked around with a few other locally owned mower shops, and they all seemed very knowledgeable on mowers. I ultimately went with Jack’s because Phillip was very helpful both over the phone and in person. The Gravely ultimately had the features I was looking for over the other brands.Jack’s delivered the mower to me on Friday, and after using it to mow the lawn, the mower wouldn’t start. I called the shop on Friday afternoon and told them what was going on. They sent Craig out in the rain, on a late Friday afternoon, to pickup the mower to troubleshoot it back at the shop. The manager (I apologize, I can’t recall his name) was on top of the issue and it turned out to be a simple loose connection in the parking brake sensor. It most likely loosened up in shipping from the factory, and was a simple fix. They brought the mower back out to me, again, early evening on a Friday. I knew I’d get good customer service from Jack’s Saw Shop, but they honestly went above and beyond what I was expecting. Machines can act up and wires can come loose - it happens. The difference is had I gone to a big box store, I’d most likely have a mower that’s dead in the water in my back yard, since they only sell the mowers and don’t service them.I’m still incredibly pleased with my Gravely ZTX, and I’m looking forward to years of service from it! And again, thank you to Jack’s Saw Shop and it’s employees for such great customer service!

Google & web site says they close at 6. I drove 45 minutes & got here at 5:40 to find out they now close at 5. I have always had good experience here & get it that web stuff may not be your strength....but this just cost me a lot of time/money. Update your stuff, please. It's a shame that a business that counts on a lot of biz from people who work long days, closes before a lot of your customers get off work

I own a landscaping company here in middle Georgia and took my two Stihl weed eater to jacks for carb replacements. Not only did they install the carbs incorrectly but did over $600 worth of work without notifying me before hand. I have taken the equipment back twice since then since nothing they did works! My equipment now runs worse than ever and haven’t made it through one single day without issues I’ve never had before. They will not stand by their work or issue a refund. SAVE YOURSELF, YOUR EQUIPMENT, AND YOUR MONEY, and do business elsewhere. Jacks saw shop employees are thieves. I can not stress this enough. I have lost 1000s of dollars being unable to complete jobs from faulty equipment that I payed over half a thousand dollars for!!!!! Disgusted with this company. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

My brother took my lawnmower here cause the Self‑propelled fixed the oil changed and the blade sharpened. They had it almost 3 weeks. Got it back and it was bone dry, Not a single drop of oil. Then they didn’t even sharpen the blade. It cost $217 for them to fix it. For $250 I could got a brand new one. But my dad gave it to me so I wanted it fix. This is how Jacks saw shop treats War Vets. Just inexcusable. I could have blown up my mower and the blade can’t cut paper. Only thing they done right was fix the Self‑propelled . Oil change no oil blade sharpened looks the same as 3 weeks ago. Then have the nerve to charge $100 in labor for doing a half butt job. If they dnt refund me $100 for the labor they was supposes to do, I’ll report this to the BBB. Unprofessional and inexcusable
