Customer service never at desk, only one register open, main entrance locked, and meat quality questionable. They need more employees and better customer service

Constant problems with getting my prescriptions filled correctly. Outside window closes early and reopens late at lunchtime. I'm handicapped and have difficulty walking through the store. The staff with few exceptions are not properly trained in good customer service.
