“My husband and I started searching for a new mattress. We went to several furniture stores, mattress stores and went to Macon & Robins Bedroom and Mattress… WOW!!! Are we ever glad that we did!! Chris was very professional, knowledgeable and without any pressure whatsoever helped us immensely. He shared knowledge of the different types of mattresses, bases, pillow and beds. He helped us decide which would be best overall for us. He worked tirelessly to make sure we were satisfied with our purchases and the delivery thereof. “My best friend told me about this place after I said I needed a new mattress. I will say I was a little apprehensive at first after driving by because the building looked raggedy. However, I gave them a call while at work anyway and went on my lunch to check out the mattresses. I'm FAR from a fool, so as I looked, I googled the brands to do a price search. When I say you're going to save money, you DEFINITELY are! My king size pillow top I chose was being sold for $900-$1100 and that WAS NOT including the box spring. Here I am getting it there WITH the box spring for a total of $587 taxes included. The guy who owns it is SUPER nice, and even waited for my friend to get off work AFTER they were closed and come pick it up for me. I'd recommend them to anybody. Once you get over the initial SHOCK of the location, you'll be sleeping like a baby!??Happy shopping!”
“Customer service in the store was top tier every time I went looking for a sofa. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and I eventually found a sofa I loved and placed my order.
Unfortunately, the delivery experience took a turn for the worse. The sofa was expected to arrive during daylight hours, but it wasn’t delivered until close to 9 PM in the dark. The delivery team left it on my front porch because it was a drop off delivery.
When my family brought it inside, we discovered a cut wire and a bent frame.
Customer service initially tried to send someone out to repair the sofa, but after several calls, they agreed to replace it with a new one. I didn’t feel comfortable paying for furniture that arrived damaged, especially with cut wires involved. The second delivery team went much better.
Overall, the process was a lot to deal with. I understand that mistakes happen, but it seems like damaged furniture deliveries may be a recurring issue. In the end, I’m a satisfied customer, but it definitely required a lot of patience on my part.”
