I recently visited Kirkland's, and I must say, the customer service was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. They were incredibly helpful, guiding me through the store and offering suggestions that perfectly matched my style.
One associate went above and beyond to find a specific item I was looking for, checking the stock and even offering to order it for me if it wasn't available in-store. Their knowledge of the products and commitment to ensuring I had a great shopping experience truly made a difference.

“Excellent customer service. There's something for the whole family here.
Our only complaint is please have a public restroom for customers. My daughter is pregnant and we couldn't fully enjoy our shopping experience due to the fact there wasn't a public restroom.”
“Customer service in the store was top tier every time I went looking for a sofa. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and I eventually found a sofa I loved and placed my order.
Unfortunately, the delivery experience took a turn for the worse. The sofa was expected to arrive during daylight hours, but it wasn’t delivered until close to 9 PM in the dark. The delivery team left it on my front porch because it was a drop off delivery.
When my family brought it inside, we discovered a cut wire and a bent frame.
Customer service initially tried to send someone out to repair the sofa, but after several calls, they agreed to replace it with a new one. I didn’t feel comfortable paying for furniture that arrived damaged, especially with cut wires involved. The second delivery team went much better.
Overall, the process was a lot to deal with. I understand that mistakes happen, but it seems like damaged furniture deliveries may be a recurring issue. In the end, I’m a satisfied customer, but it definitely required a lot of patience on my part.”
“We went to the Macon Tech/Eisenhower Parkway location this morning, 1/21/2026. We received the BEST customer service. DaNaria and Audrey went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us with buying a generator. They were so professional but yet very personable as well. They were also very knowledgeable and provided information that we would not have known to ask. They are definitely assets to the company and made this experience so easy. I worked for a Fortune 500 company that thrived on customer service and they exceeded my expectations!!”
