“After a TERRIBLE experience at Verizon on 4790 Riverside Dr. (they messed up my order and wouldn’t cancel it for me) I went to this one at 6204 Zebulon Rd. and they were great! Tom IMMEDIATELY wanted to help me. He canceled my order from the other location (who told me they couldn’t and I wouldn’t get my phone for almost a week and wouldn’t fix their mistake)— Tom set up me and my daughter’s cellphones without hesitation… and fixed the mess they made!! He even got me the best deals and saved me money. He showed true compassion and helped me walk out of the store happy with my new iPhone 17 pro. 10/10 recommend this store and Tom especially. Thank God for great service and good people!! Me and my family will definitely be using them from now on.”

“Ahbner with The Geek Squad at Best Buy in Macon attended to me promptly at my appointment time. He even appeared BEFORE my appointment time to alert me that he may be running a little behind due to assisting the customer before me..totally acceptable and polite. Ahbner listened carefully to my issue with my laptop and was able to resolve the problem and inform me of known issues and how to safeguard my security from internet threats. He was very professional and attentive. The greeters at the entrance to Best Buy were rude at best, however, Ahbner's graciousness and willingness to help were the highlight of the visit. I live near Warner Robins, but I will never go back to that store. I’ll gladly drive to Riverside from now on. The staff there is friendly, helpful, and personable.
