“The customer service is good. It's easy to return goods here also. The problem is, they use FedEx for a lot of their deliveries and FedEx drivers keep delivering what I order to the wrong address. I live on a street that ends in drive. They keep delivering my items to a house on a street that ends in circle and they won't go back to pick items up to redeliver no matter how many times I talk to them. UPS and USPS don't have this problem.”
