“The service I received today during the leasing process was great. I did a preregistration online but wasn’t sure I selected the correct sized unit for my needs. I was taken out to inspect the unit and able to confirm everything. The entire process took about 10 minutes from the moment I walked in until I drove away. Dry professional staff and service.”
“The first thing I noticed was that the facility was very clean and well maintained. The second thing was that it is totally automated so it can be used for a variety of purposes including making sure that you don’t get stuck with a bad attitude employee who doesn’t like you.

“Friendly and awesome customer service. The storage area is clean, I never worried about my unit being broken into. I only had two issue's, during the winter time mice got in my unit there were droppings on my personal items and because it's not climate control there were some mold on my furniture. Please get the insurance!!!!!”

“This is the worst storage for communication there is. I called to see why my bill went from &59 to $88. I could not get anyone in the phone. I did the put your number and stay in place. And they called back 2 days later. This is the second time I had to say something to them about my bill. My contract says $59 and that’s what I’m going to pay. The worst ever. I don’t know how yall get all these good reviews if you can never talk to any one
Ok received a call from 10 federal storage and the price has been adjusted. They were very nice to do that and they could have just let it be. But thankful they were willing to work with so now I am ok with the 4 stars. Thank you 10 federal for offering the help you did.”

Once we found out she didn’t have a unit there, Megan went above and beyond and began calling around to find the facility where my mom’s belongings were. She definitely made a difficult situation a lot easier for me, simply out of the kindness of her heart. If I lived in Georgia and ever needed a storage unit, I’d go out of my way just to rent a unit there simply because of Megan. She’s absolutely one-of-a-kind, and the world deserves more Megans from Hartley Bridge Storage.”

The site is fenced in with an automatic security gate with plenty of room to navigate a trailer. You can pay your monthly fee through the website very easily, which is very convenient for those of us who travel a lot. Very satisfied with the price & quality of this storage facility.”
