“Last minute had to try to get a tuxedo. Ordered a tuxedo from Men’s Wearhouse on November 29. Tux came in Tuesday December 9th as promised. Pick up was Wednesday 12/10/25 but they ordered wrong size. It was Wednesday and needed for Saturday. They only said sorry and nothing more. I went to KAYBEE’s on Thursday. Tuxedo was rush ordered with correct size and came in Friday. Alterations were done Saturday morning and ready for Saturday night. My husband’s go to from now on. Excellent Customer Service 🤎”

“I had a lovely shopping experience.I bought myself the cutest SKORT (I’m thrilled over this yall I haven’t seen these since I was like 11!) and a lovely top I’ll be wearing to dinner this evening. The staff was so nice and helpful! As a thick gal I was able to find a lot of really cute things but there was not a size large for a few of the items I really wanted or I’d have gotten more. That’s not a comment on the store at all, just mentioning they do offer larger sizes in case anyone was worried since boutiques often cater to those with small frames exclusively. 10/10 will stop by again if we are ever in town.”

We had been to two places and at the boot barn we were met with a young girl very loud talking with extreme low neck shirt she came up behind counter where we were talking to another woman. She then bends over showing all of her breast. If this is the trash you employ at Boot Barn in warner robbins then you just lost 2 customers and we will shop Red Wing from now on. The other place we went tried making us buy something we didn't want so again we will shop Red Wing from now own as I said the lady was very nice and helpful and we bought from her.”

“We ran in yesterday (9/19/24) to grab some shoes for my little one and husband. We were assisted by Rachel who was professional and friendly! She not only grabbed what we asked for but also brought out additional styles that she thought we may want to try and she was spot on! Which resulted in us purchasing more than we initially planned but we loved the recommendation for the slip on Vans for our little one! Superb service, which I find lacking in the retail world these days!”
“Awesome Team! Had an encounter with another shoe store in that mall area where they were rude and lacked the want to help when it came securing a shoe for my daughter. The shoe was there but they were saying it wasn’t available for some reason which leads me to believe they didn’t want to sell it or was holding it. Went into champs to look for the shoe and they didn’t have the shoe in my size needed but searched that the shoe was indeed showing available at the other store. The store manager at champs on riverside left her store and went to the other to find the shoe for my daughter IN PERSON! Then called for me to come and retrieve it. To me, that’s going above and beyond when it comes to the respect that each customer deserves. The entire team at champs was very upset about how customers were saying that the “other” store was treating the customers that came in. They deserve recognition. They exuded team work, respect and care for their customers!”

“Tonya in the Tracker Service Center went above and beyond to help me. We were stranded with our trailer in the parking lot. She helped find me as close to possible the trailer wheel studs she had but when those didn’t work she helped find me some that were available nearby! Even after the service center closed at 5pm she came out and checked on us before she left. I really appreciate your kindness and your customer service support. Thank you and god bless you!”

“I had such a great experience this Sunday at the firearms section. One they stocked the pistol I was looking for when Bass Pro couldn't even pick up their phone. I had called the night prior to see if they had it in stock and it was held for me since there was just one available. The process was seamless. It did take a while but its because the staff have to do their checks and are very thorough. This was my first Academy firearm purchase and I have to give it to Jordan. The dude was running the show and making the sales happen. I felt very confident with how he handled everything and the item. Such a cool and friendly guy. There was a young lady who was also very approachable and she made sure the transaction had no error. I have to hand it to these two for being so great at what they do. Bass Pro just loss their business. Go to this Academy in Macon if you want the best service.”

“I waited until the last minute to shop for a dress and I decided to go to David's Bridal to see what they had in stock. I did find two dresses I really liked but didn't end up buying them, as they weren't exactly what I wanted. However, the associate Cory was very helpful and put me in and out of six or seven different dresses. She definitely deserves a raise!!!”
