“These guys don't play! I had my whole family in the car at Walmart. With groceries in toe the car doesn't start due to a dead battery. Who do you call? MCC. That's who. They were there and jumped our car off at 5:10 pm, then tested and replaced our battery back at the shop all before 5:30 pm.”
“Fantastic Shop! My wife’s transmission went out in our truck and we had it towed to Bohlens after hours and before I could call the next day they had already began looking at it. They ordered us a new transmission and had it ready for us on Christmas Eve even though they were closed. Made my wife so happy to have her truck back for Christmas. Quality work, very helpful and professional. Our go to shop in Madison, thanks to everyone who made the repair possible!”

They worked with us on a date to be able to pick up the vehicle and bring it home since we lived out of town. “Honest work. He's very busy but when he was able to get to my car, everything was checked. It ended up needing a tune-up. He didn't create false repairs like I once experienced at a Toyota dealership. Very thankful for an honest mechanic in the business. I'll be back next time something goes wrong. “Jerome from Jackson Towing was absolutely amazing today. My daughter had a flat tire on the side of Athens Hwy. and didn’t have a spare. He gave me a suggestion of who I should call and find a tire. Jerome expeditiously came to get her car, took it to Wal Mart, made sure Wal-Mart had everything they needed to get her tire changed. He made sure my daughter was safe and was so kind! Jerome was helpful, kind, concerned and did it all in a very timely manner. Best experience dealing with a tow truck company I’ve ever had!!! Thank you!!!”
