I walked up to the store, my car battery in a back pack on my back, they took one look and told me what I knew, dead dead. Ok, so move on. The battery I needed, not in stock. 1st problem. It's an old car, wiggle room. Problem solved. 2nd problem, new connectors and by this point I'm bleeding money, or so I thought. They got me covered with the connectors. Answered a few questions, treated me like I had a brain and on top of that, took my butt home. The new battery was significantly heavier lol. This is the service I've come to expect out of O'Reilly's and yet I'm still so pleasantly surprised when I go in and get it. I will definitely forever be a customer with O'Reilly's, and this one in Madison GA particularly. Thank you Cody and Steve for helping me get my car back moving.”
