“Had an issue with mobile depositing my payroll check. (It was my first time doing one and it's a month pay so a larger amount.) I started to message the online communication through the app, and did not get much results there but was directed to the local branch. This ended up being the best thing. Spoke with somebody at 12:30 about the issue, explained the situation, and before the end of the day the funds were in my account. I had a similar issue with a previous bank, and it never got resolved and I had to wait 2 weeks before my funds were available. With Regions, they handled my situation the same day. I felt like they took care of me and that my situation mattered and they were the ones to fix it. Great service! Definitely recommend giving them a shot.”

“Got a construction loan here. The application process was easy and approval was very quick and efficient. Minus one star on their online platform. Their website is not as sleek as the bigger banks - which is expected since this is a small town institution. But they could do better. Their web online interface reminds me of banks in the early 2000s. Hopefully their security is up to snuff. Overall decent bank and customer service is good. Folks I've spoken to on the phone are always friendly and helpful.”
