Judith and Jill were wonderful and helped me find just what I needed for a party the very night I came into the shop! A great tip Judith shared with me since I was getting a costume for my significant other was in addition to taking his measurements, to also bring some of his clothes with me. They were even so kind as to provide two different shirts and two different jackets to ensure he had just the right fit! Not to mention Jill walked out with me helping me carry the costume toward my car! I can't recommend this shop enough, and I will always go back to Judith's if we ever need costumes again!”

“Kathy is so amazing and really goes above and beyond to please her brides! I fell in love with a lace wedding dress that didn’t have a matching veil. Kathy ordered the lace appliqués from the dress designer and let my mom and I make my own custom veil in-store to match my dress! It was so special and so kind of Kathy to do when she could’ve just tried to sell me a different veil. Vivian did my alterations and was absolutely wonderful! I am so grateful that they were so sweet and helpful, and I would recommend Encore to anyone getting married or going to prom, etc. They are the best!”

“I had a wonderful experience at Serendipity Bridal. I called on a Friday and they were able to get me in at 11:00am the next day! They have private rooms which makes the experience even more intimate. My stylist, Sarah was incredible! I had no idea what I wanted when I came in, but left with a beautiful dress because of her! I highly recommend coming here.”
