The only thing that I need to change is the right side headlight bulb and that’s it. The test drive was great with Austin and the process took a min but Tristen and the team got the job done. I got a lot of compliments. They kept the car clean for being a used car with a lot of miles on it. Tristen even paid for my uber to come get the car. That’s good customer service right there.”

“I just had a complete detailing service at Car Spa. The 2 young men did a GREAT job! They washed my seats & mats, put armour all on my dash, and made sure every inch of my car’s inside & outside was pristine.
I highly recommend this Car Spa on Cobb Parkway & Windy Hill Road. I was in & out of there in a lil’ over an hour. My car looks like new!!”

“I want to provide an update to my original review. The manager Will contacted me early this morning and took the time to personally explain what happened. During the period when my Mercedes was deemed a total loss, the company was in the process of changing systems, which unfortunately caused a lapse in communication regarding my cancellation request.
More importantly, he was genuinely concerned, listened carefully, and resolved the issue immediately. His responsiveness and willingness to make things right made a big difference, and I truly appreciated the follow-up.
Because of how professionally this was handled, I’ve decided to keep my BMW enrolled in their monthly service. Mistakes happen, but accountability and customer care matter—and that was demonstrated today. Thanks Will and Sam!
I’m extremely disappointed with how this business handles memberships and cancellations. My Mercedes-Benz was a total loss in July 2025, and shortly after that I went on their website and submitted a cancellation request, trusting it would be processed.
Imagine my surprise when I later discovered they’ve continued deducting a monthly fee from my account. When I tried to look up my account using my name, email, and phone number, the system repeatedly says “not found.” The only option is to send a message requesting cancellation and they are not responsive.
As a result, I’ve been charged over $300 in error for a service I literally could not use. I submitted another cancellation request today, and due to this experience, I am now removing my BMW from the monthly service as well.
They aggressively sign you up on-site, entering all of your information yet somehow the only thing they can reliably track is your payment method. Everything else conveniently disappears when you try to manage or cancel your account.
This feels careless at best and unethical at worst. I would strongly caution anyone against signing up for a monthly membership unless you’re prepared to closely monitor your bank statements.”
