“My 2019 BMW X3 barely started yesterday when I was headed out to lunch and needed my car for an appointment in the evening. Time for a new battery! Of course, in a BMW, a battery replacement is not just an easy swap out, they have to be coded to the car, so I couldn't just run by an Auto Zone. I found Malones on Google and they were able to get me in within an hour of my call. My car was ready shortly thereafter.When I left the shop, I did notice a rattle that was coming from the back and wound up going right back. Adam wound up jumping in the car with me to hear what was happening. He quickly discovered that one of the tie downs wasn't clicked into track and solved the problem!These guys were very friendly, fast, and honest workers. Good to know they are my neighbors as well, now that I'm out of warranty!”

“Hidden Gem. Initially dealing with the dealerships while my MB 2011 E350 was under warranty and then moving onto various independent shops after the warranty expiration including (Rocco's @ Roswell) I was fortunate to be chatting with a friend at work that referred European Import Specialists (EIS) to me where I met the dynamic team of - Kellie & Destiny- This team immediately greeted my wife and I with kindness and a no nonsense straight talk about the concerns on our vehicle. We began with a diagnostic even though we had a slight idea relative to the issues on the car after being owners of the MB 350 for so long. My result indicated that the car needed a complete set of sparkplugs and Ignition coil packs to remedy the issue. Not only was the price better than the other shops surveyed (EIS) presented me with every page of the diagnostic that was completed which provided me with a better understanding of some minor past fault codes that can be worked later. In all my years of ownership and service on this vehicle I was never presented with this level of detail for my personal review. With that said, I will be taking my 2011 E350 and 2019 CLS 450 to (EIS) for all current and future maintenance servicing.”
