I had a really bad experience with their service; I was waiting over two hours, and they couldn’t help me.

The tellers the manager everybody in this place is useless. They basically told me to go to the branch to get a new debit card and because they were about to close the employees here just made excuses until I finally just was tired and decided to shut my account down, don’t waste your time with this branch.

The foreign lady with small locs would not let my son get his question out. She was speaking over him. Show customers more respect…..She was not wearing a name tag or I'd put her name. I give one star to the lady that did took the time to help us.
