“Today it’s very hard to have a relationship with a personal banker, but that’s what I have with my local Ameris Bank branch. Everyone there greets me by my name and always has a smile for me. If I have any issues with my banking, branch manager Harry Schnabel is always there to assist me. He makes me feel like I am the most important customer of the bank. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else!”
“CUOGA on Jiles is incompetent. When you really need to get something done the first time just go to the Marietta location. The Marietta location was able to solve my problem over the phone. while not a soul employed at the Jiles location was competent enough to resolve my situation in person. Five stars for Marietta!!”

“I’m probably messing up her name but Alejana Hees, Jose and Kyla were all GREAT. As a small business owner having a relationship with a bank is important to me. I visited this location 4/16/26 for the 1st time. The back office put my cashiers check on & after calling multiple times visiting another branch everybody told me I just had to wait. Alejana reached out to me on Tuesday and asked me to come in so she could try to fix my issue. EVERYONE was welcoming me to & willing to help me. I honestly felt like I had a million dollars in my account (I definitely don’t). She was actually able to remove the hold, she showed me things to improve my credit, she spoke with me about investments and the list goes on & on… I appreciate them SO MUCH! I left feeling motivated and happy I chose Bank Of America”

He usually is meeting customers at the door. If the branch is crowded, he will go down the line and ask everyone one what they were there to do, and makes sure that he can do what is possible to speed up your visit if he can. He also has a great personality as well!!”

Having recently moved to the area, we were hoping to keep all of our accounts at Synovus because of direct deposits and autopay accounts. But, we had a difficult time with customer service in our old town. Knowledgeable, fast service were not part of the experience. The Marietta branch is the opposite. We got immediate, expert service and were thrilled at the pleasant atmosphere! We had one of the best banking experiences ever today. Thanks specifically to Keelia.”
“I had a very refreshing and pleasant experience at this Fifth Third location in Marietta. Nick Sherwood and banker team mate Aiyana Knight were most helpful for my online banking needs and credit card needs . I don’t always have this type of treatment at other locations. But when I need help with a banker in person, I am going back to see them. I am 63 and not great with computer technology, but they treated me as a valued customer, not just anyone or a problem that was interrupting their day. Very understanding 5/3 employees.”

“Atlanta may be a big impersonal city, but Cadence Bank sure feels like a small hometown bank to me! I’ve recently had issues with my account (not due to anything Cadence has done), and this bank has definitely been on my side! I feel like Marcus Jernigan (Marietta location) is personally watching out for me. I cannot say enough about how much Marcus and the staff has helped me. If I could give 10 stars, I would.”
“Initially, I met w/Vickie but later finalized my documents with Michelle. Vickie seems friendly and appears to be a person of her word, communicates efficiently and in a timely manner. The only con(s) is that when I expressed that I wanted to speak to her privately, after she informed me of a colleague shadowing her, she stated that the person works there and has to learn. Although, that is true I found that remark inconsiderate and dismissive of my concerns.
If I encounter that in the future, I will request to see someone else because it isn't comfortable discussing the reason why one is seeking a personal loan, because that can be personal and was personal in my case (death). If it was a manager observing I would have felt differently. I'll also share that I don't think she is use to people who are financially literate and/or knowledgeable about credit and who knows what question's to ask and what to seek clarification on; asking questions/clarifications on a major thing before committing shouldn't be taken as a challenge or as being undermined. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend clients to Vickie because she is honest and most importantly a person of her word and that is extremely important to me.
I finalized everything with Michelle since Vickie was out and I needed time to review and discuss things concerning the loan contract because it is not wise to impulsively sign off on something without checking over everything. Michelle is very nice, but kind of hard to reach when it counts. And Ms. Cotton is always a 10 out of 10. She is very professional, thorough, honest and kind.

“I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Brian Keys yesterday. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I’ve been calling Bank Of America to resolve an issue many times and spoke to several customer representatives on the phone but was not successful. I went in person to another BoA branch and the associate there could not help me. But Brian was able to help me resolve my issues within 15 minutes and get me the information I needed. The customer service was outstanding and I can not recommend this branch and Brian enough. Thank you for your help.”
