“Today it’s very hard to have a relationship with a personal banker, but that’s what I have with my local Ameris Bank branch. Everyone there greets me by my name and always has a smile for me. If I have any issues with my banking, branch manager Harry Schnabel is always there to assist me. He makes me feel like I am the most important customer of the bank. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else!”

“This location was not business when I visited. After filling out the necessary slip, I went straight to a teller. Daniel was very professional. For some reason, my driver licenses had to be updated. This had to have been done at other locations, at least 2 times. The ID reader would not work, so he typed in the updated information, so this caused me to be inside longer than I should have. He told me that the information had been input but they may request to make a scan, at another time. This was not Daniel's fault. Other than this, it was a business transaction that was handled very professionally.”

“I’m probably messing up her name but Alejana Hees, Jose and Kyla were all GREAT. As a small business owner having a relationship with a bank is important to me. I visited this location 4/16/26 for the 1st time. The back office put my cashiers check on & after calling multiple times visiting another branch everybody told me I just had to wait. Alejana reached out to me on Tuesday and asked me to come in so she could try to fix my issue. EVERYONE was welcoming me to & willing to help me. I honestly felt like I had a million dollars in my account (I definitely don’t). She was actually able to remove the hold, she showed me things to improve my credit, she spoke with me about investments and the list goes on & on… I appreciate them SO MUCH! I left feeling motivated and happy I chose Bank Of America”

He usually is meeting customers at the door. If the branch is crowded, he will go down the line and ask everyone one what they were there to do, and makes sure that he can do what is possible to speed up your visit if he can. He also has a great personality as well!!”

Having recently moved to the area, we were hoping to keep all of our accounts at Synovus because of direct deposits and autopay accounts. But, we had a difficult time with customer service in our old town. Knowledgeable, fast service were not part of the experience. The Marietta branch is the opposite. We got immediate, expert service and were thrilled at the pleasant atmosphere! We had one of the best banking experiences ever today. Thanks specifically to Keelia.”
“We have been members of the credit union for 27 years. They helped us get out of a bad car loan, financed at a dealer. Since then we have purchased a house, gotten a checking account, credit cards, a money market and more cars. After 12 years I was asked to be on the board. It opened my eyes to how things work behind the scenes. The staff genuinely cares. They are loyal to the members and many stay for twenty plus years. Some of the comments made by others were valid, sort of. There is a cost to running the credit union, but still much lower than a bank, such as checking fees. Recently we added a better online system for the ability to bank at home and remote deposit capture. The staff is still there, as most of our members prefer to talk with a real person but now we have the options of a live person and a website/app for those who prefer online. Call them and voice your concerns. There is a committee whose job it is to hear comments, compliments and complaints called the supervisory committee. They can be mailed directly to send your responses and what is said is taken seriously. Call the office and they will help you and if you need to talk to the supervisory committee they will give you the information. It is a great credit union.”
“I had a very refreshing and pleasant experience at this Fifth Third location in Marietta. Nick Sherwood and banker team mate Aiyana Knight were most helpful for my online banking needs and credit card needs . I don’t always have this type of treatment at other locations. But when I need help with a banker in person, I am going back to see them. I am 63 and not great with computer technology, but they treated me as a valued customer, not just anyone or a problem that was interrupting their day. Very understanding 5/3 employees.”

I’ve recently had issues with my account (not due to anything Cadence has done), and this bank has definitely been on my side! I’ve been calling Bank Of America to resolve an issue many times and spoke to several customer representatives on the phone but was not successful. I went in person to another BoA branch and the associate there could not help me. But Brian was able to help me resolve my issues within 15 minutes and get me the information I needed.
