“Daniella Bustillo is AWESOME!!! She's one of the friendliest I've had the pleasure of meeting. She took care of everything I needed, friendly, perosnable, and great personality. She's definitely the standard when it comes to making relationships with clients in all settings. I don't ever leave reviews about banks because... well they're banks. However, she's definitely the reason I'll be staying with Bank of America and she'll be the person I will go through for all my banking needs, questions, and concerns. Would give her a higher star rating but I'm capped at 5/5.All the previous negative reviews were from years' past. “I had never been to this branch before and needed to deposit some money. I was bummed to see there was no drive thru area but when I walked inside, everyone was extremely kind. It was 4:30pm on a Friday so I was afraid they may be annoyed, but they walked me through how to use the machines and were extremely personable. I thought I should leave a positive review as I saw the ratings before I went and feel my experience was worth sharing! I only put 4 stars because the lack of drive thru options but customer service was great :)”

“So convenient! I am not sure if this is a new location or what, but man does it make my life easier since I work on the square. Very friendly staff, free 20 minute parking which is more then enough time to really take care of whatever it is that you need to do there. Where other locations I have had to show my ID and my account number, both times I have been here I have handed the teller either one or the other and that was all they needed. Additionally they did not hold on to it for an extended period of time, something that I frequently run into at other branches.”

“I'm not a customer but had a great experience here. A friend who banks here was out of town. He received a check in the mail and asked us to deposit it. The check was payable to his name but the checking account is for his business. I expected trouble but when I explained the situation to the teller at the drive up it was handled immediately. If this had been at my bank I would still be there arguing with them. Great service!”

I don’t know why he is working this position. He has the personality of a corporate guy. His personality, respect level for people and speech level are phenomenal.
