After filling my prescription for liquid metformin, and then providing a refill, CVS is now unable to fill that same prescription for liquid metformin. I believe it is because the employees feel it is too hard work to order the medication. This is a medication for diabetes...a medication I must take every day. CVS has decided I can't have it because they have to actually do some work. How disappointing. After 12 days, and getting a text that the medication was ordered, I have received NOTHING from this CVS. No medication, no communication, nothing. I believe they have lied yet again, and are incapable of doing their job. I cannot believe a medical professional such as a pharmacist would treat a patient in this way. This is extremely unprofessional.

This pharmacy deserves a zero rating. After 3 calls from Publix pharmacy were ignored (they were told they would send the prescriptions) and 2 calls from me to get prescriptions transferred I have to drive to CVS. The pharmacist when questioned actually lies to me saying that he sent the prescriptions this morning. Nothing was ever electronically, verbally or faxed to Publix and he knew it. After 5 days of the run around it's 40 minutes before CVS is closing and my husband's needed medications aren't filled. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

Stealing prescriptions medication from people that really need them the person that is going it needs to be fired and charged the insurance company for the full dose we do not even get the full dose of it. That is just wrong the person name is Courtney from cvs and she was taking medication from a seizure person and she needs to be fired and this is not the first time she has done this and we finally realize it and we are getting smarter about it now

Poor customer service. Called to request a refill on my prescription and was told it was already filled and ready for pick up. Inquired why no one called, was told it was just filled. Went the next day for pick up and a rude pharmacist told me it was put back. When I told her I just called yesterday and they said it was ready - she reinforced they but it back and now it has expired and she could not refill. Since it was their mistake she could clearly see that in the system she should have refilled but insisted she had to call the physician. Had to leave town without my medicine. Don't use this pharmacy, rude, unprofessional and poor customer service. Find another pharmacy- after 15 years at this location I'm transferring my prescription to a reputable pharmacy

I had a not good experience when I visited last week. The lady that was helping me seemed very annoyed and wouldn't tell me anything that I didn't immediately ask. Only yes/no answers. I called again today and Sana picked up.... I won't go into detail but she was AMAZING. Just.... If you had a bad experience, go back and make sure Sana is there. Thank you Sana!!!!!

I have never dealt witb a worse pharmacy in my life. Standard hour long waits in line to get prescriptions filled. Frequently missed prescriptions. And the answer is... "call corporate because they don't care" never use this place.

This continues to be a stunningly poor pharmacy. They are not interested in providing even mediocre customer service. Surly at the registers even when a customer tries to be nice. Medications out of stock. I do my best to go elsewhere for my pharmacy needs - it's sad that CVS continues to allow this pharmacy to carry its brand.

Pharmacy seems to be going down hill. My family has used this location for 10+ years. Over the past year or so...the pharmacists and reps just don't seem to want to be here. Not the customer service we've been accustomed to.

Lately, calling the pharmacy to ask a question is having to "hold on" for 10-15 minutes anytime of the day. The Automated system is the freaking worst.....get rid of it!!

We've been using this pharmacy for years and the service continues to downfall. They really don't act like they care and it's never their fault?? Service isn't hard to ask for, especially when people are sick or need meds ASAP. Little help is usually what the need. The worst attitude come from person working the counter on July 15th. Won't name a name but I'm hoping she can be coached into being polite to customers. Very easy to be nice!! Never using this Pharmacy again
