Pharmacy seems to be going down hill. My family has used this location for 10+ years. Over the past year or so...the pharmacists and reps just don't seem to want to be here. Not the customer service we've been accustomed to.

Lately, calling the pharmacy to ask a question is having to "hold on" for 10-15 minutes anytime of the day. The Automated system is the freaking worst.....get rid of it!!

I live near this CVS so it's super convenient. I find all the employees very nice and with a pleasant, helpful attitude.
