Nicole was very nice. The reservation was quick and easy. She was even nice enough to try to work with me through her lunch but I returned after lunch so that she may enjoy it. I loved my unit and she was able to let me know my options to make it easier with the sizes available for climate control units. Thank you so much... read full comment
