“Kenesha has been an incredible addition as the new property manager at Mini Mall Storage. She is thorough, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about both the facility and its customers.
I've personally watched her work through the challenges of taking over a property that had gone through multiple management changes. She has been extremely patient and diligent in addressing customer concerns while working hard to get the facility back on track. It hasn't been an easy job, but she has handled it with professionalism and a positive attitude.
One experience that really stood out to me was seeing the office completely full of customers, all needing assistance. Despite the pressure, Kay stayed calm, organized, and made sure everyone was heard and their concerns were addressed. That level of patience and customer service is rare.
Just a months before Kenesha arrived, this facility was a mess. The improvement since she took over has been noticeable, and it's clear that her hard work is making a real difference. “This place is amazing other than the “climate controlled” environment is even hotter than it is outside ? there is no air flow at all. You feel like you are suffocating while in your unit. I’m dying to get back outside to the Georgia heat. Even that is better than how hot and muggy and suffocating it is in the buildings EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. But the management is amazing, it’s very clean and they are easy going. Just too hot. I’d rather my unit be outside somewhere. It’s horrible.”
