“Kenesha has been an incredible addition as the new property manager at Mini Mall Storage. She is thorough, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about both the facility and its customers.
I've personally watched her work through the challenges of taking over a property that had gone through multiple management changes. She has been extremely patient and diligent in addressing customer concerns while working hard to get the facility back on track. It hasn't been an easy job, but she has handled it with professionalism and a positive attitude.
One experience that really stood out to me was seeing the office completely full of customers, all needing assistance. Despite the pressure, Kay stayed calm, organized, and made sure everyone was heard and their concerns were addressed. That level of patience and customer service is rare.
Just a months before Kenesha arrived, this facility was a mess. The improvement since she took over has been noticeable, and it's clear that her hard work is making a real difference. She truly deserves recognition for everything she's doing to turn this location around. Thank you, Kenesha, for your dedication and outstanding service!”

“Very nice facility. Greg was very helpful getting me set up with a unit and explaining the promotion and giving me advice on what I need to do if I need additional storage at the time of my move-in. Signed up for 24 hour access so I’m hoping that actually works (at least for the next week lol). Only “downside” which is absolutely NO reflection on the company or team is the access to the location. I wish there was a light to help enter and exit the parking lot but a good break in traffic and a U-turn and you’re all good. Thankful for a quick and easy sign up and solution to my immediate move needs.”

They also have U-Haul options available which is basically a 1 stop shop! Rick was very polite & helpful. “This place is amazing other than the “climate controlled” environment is even hotter than it is outside ? there is no air flow at all. You feel like you are suffocating while in your unit. I’m dying to get back outside to the Georgia heat. Even that is better than how hot and muggy and suffocating it is in the buildings EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. But the management is amazing, it’s very clean and they are easy going. Just too hot. I’d rather my unit be outside somewhere. It’s horrible.”

They call periodically to confirm that my experience with the facility is to my liking. They address any and all issues in a prompt and courteous manner. If you see them on site, they always ask if everything is good, and they even remember your name!
