I’ve had a storage unit here for 2 years and haven’t had any problems. Nichole, the manager, has been helpful since day one. Always communicated clearly and assisted me through every question I had. I moved out of my storage unit because I bought a house, but I would definitely rent from this facility again. I had a climate controlled unit and all of my furniture and other items were perfectly kept.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Nichole because she is truly the definition of awesome! She understood my situation and handled my request perfectly. I applaud her for being a wonder woman and performing the job very well. She should be recognized and given a raise because most people wouldn’t do half of what she does from what I’ve heard. I respect her as a person and her work ethic!!! Great job and keep doing what you are doing! We do appreciate people like you! Very understanding, caring and professional. Thank you Nichole!

Nicole was very nice. The reservation was quick and easy. She was even nice enough to try to work with me through her lunch but I returned after lunch so that she may enjoy it. I loved my unit and she was able to let me know my options to make it easier with the sizes available for climate control units. Thank you so much Nicole!

I reserved the incorrect type of unit online (outdoor parking spot) and found out upon arrival. Chimere was very helpful in resolving my issue and was able to transfer me to the correct unit (interior unit) without charging extra. Overall the grounds seem well maintained and monitored.
