“They were GREAT to do business with! They had a critical HVAC starter capacitor in stock at a great price, really saved me from having a dead AC unit when the temps were mid 90's. Folks at the front counter were super friendly. Even though I walked in with the part number I needed, they went the extra mile to verify the part I was picking up was the proper size so that no mistakes were made. Really good customer service.”

“I want to give a huge thank you to Andrew, Carolyn, and Marlynn at Home Depot for the incredible customer service they provided while helping us purchase a riding lawn mower for my dad. My dad is elderly and has cancer and dementia, and they treated him with such kindness, patience, and respect throughout the entire process. They never rushed him, answered all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we found the right mower for his needs. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, these three reminded us that compassion still exists. They made what could have been a stressful experience into a wonderful one for our family. Thank you, Andrew, Carolyn, and Marlynn, for your professionalism, empathy, and genuine care. Home Depot is fortunate to have you on their team!”

“I'd like to thank Dylan, one of the managers, for assisting me in replacing a defective grill. Rather than have the defective grill picked up one day and the new grill delivered another day, Dylan went out of his way to make sure both the defective grill and replacement grill were picked up and delivered on the same day. Dylan is an absolute gem and a great representation of Home Depot!”

“This Home Depot is the closest to our house, and we have experienced consistent customer service, cleanliness and organized aisles for the 15yrs we have lived in Marietta. We recently had our back deck rebuilt. Home Depot had everything our installer requested with competitive pricing (compared with Lowe's and Metro Building). Our first large lumber order was placed online and delivered directly to our driveway for $79 + $30 so we could specify the delivery window. Our installer didn't give much notice when he was ready for the deck, railing and balusters. The lumber crew was so helpful, offering to cart the 2x10x16s and 2x4x16s I needed before 7am and help load them into my Expedition EL. For the 66 deck pieces and balusters, I was able to order online for my installer to pick up without issue.Once the deck was complete, we returned the few extra items with ease. We love this Home Depot and appreciate their continued excellence.”

“I have to give a huge shoutout to Sean at Lowe’s! I purchased a new washer and dryer, and from the beginning Sean went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He didn’t just help me with the purchase and send me on my way. He kept up with my delivery, stayed in touch with me throughout the process, and made sure I knew what was happening next. He also thought of all the little things I wouldn’t have known to ask about, including making sure the pickup location had the correct hoses and everything needed to properly hook up my washer and dryer. Before delivery, I realized I had a question about something that appeared to be missing for the dryer. Sean took the time to reach out to a plumber to confirm exactly what was needed so I wouldn’t run into a problem on delivery day. This is what true customer service looks like. Sean genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. You just don’t come across this level of service very often anymore, and when you do, that person deserves to be recognized. Lowe’s is very lucky to have Sean. Thank you for taking such good care of me and making one part of moving into a new home a whole lot easier!”

“Sonny went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of at this Home Depot! I had problems with self checkout and then I realized I left my debit card at home. He tried everything to help me see if we could use my pro account card to pay and then I realized I had my check book and he patiently waited through that. The whole time he was so pleasant and kind! He never once made me feel like a burden even though I felt so embarrassed that I couldn't get it together! I had already had a long day and I was taking my daughter out to buy stuff for our diy guinea pig cage project. This night could have ended in tears for me, but thankfully with a wonderful employee like Sonny, my daughter and I were all smiles and I will be making the drive from Woodstock to become a permanent customer! I couldn't be more thankful for customer service like that!!”

“I love Lowe's. It's it's everybody's store. The staff is friendly and they're usually well stocked. Prices are higher than they used to be, but you know this has nothing to do with the company. It all has to do with the federal government and their greedy policies.”
