“For all you fellow older folks out there: do you remember the days before big-box retailers? Back when finding a specific part or tool meant heading down to your local hardware store, not just to buy what you needed, but to get solid advice from people who actually knew what they were talking about? Or, on the off chance the employees didn’t know, how another customer would overhear you and offer a helpful tip?
This is one of those places. It’s like stepping into a time machine back to the '80s. Everybody here is unbelievably polite, courteous, and helpful. They will bend over backwards to make sure you're taken care of, and if they don't have what you need, they will find it for you at another store. This is my new go-to hardware store.”

“Excellent customer service, and knowledgeable staff. We've been looking for quality heavy duty bolt cutters for our wildland fire command vehicles for several weeks. Two sets had already been returned to two separate distributors based on misrepresentation of their product. So when I called, I wanted to be certain that the product met the specs we were looking for. The associate that I spoke to (Courtney) was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions and provided additional information that eventually led me to order an additional set as well. “I took the traditional turning tools and carbide turning tools classes in back-to-back weeks. Both classes were given by Capt. Kirk. During each class you make a bowel with the expert help of Capt. Kirk. He's not only a great instructor, but he's also patient and very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend any class Capt. Kirk puts on or any class put on by another teacher.
At the conclusion of the two classes I wanted to purchase a few turning tools. Capt. Kirk and the store manager stayed after closing to ensure I had time to choose (w/Capt. Kirks help) what I needed. All the personnel I dealt were professional and easy to deal with. I highly recommend the Kennesaw store!!”
