Rather than have the defective grill picked up one day and the new grill delivered another day, Dylan went out of his way to make sure both the defective grill and replacement grill were picked up and delivered on the same day. “I have to give a huge shoutout to Sean at Lowe’s! I purchased a new washer and dryer, and from the beginning Sean went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

He didn’t just help me with the purchase and send me on my way. He kept up with my delivery, stayed in touch with me throughout the process, and made sure I knew what was happening next. He also thought of all the little things I wouldn’t have known to ask about, including making sure the pickup location had the correct hoses and everything needed to properly hook up my washer and dryer.

Before delivery, I realized I had a question about something that appeared to be missing for the dryer. Sean took the time to reach out to a plumber to confirm exactly what was needed so I wouldn’t run into a problem on delivery day.

This is what true customer service looks like. Sean genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. You just don’t come across this level of service very often anymore, and when you do, that person deserves to be recognized.
