“Thanks, Creative Closets! My wife loves the updated master closet you designed and installed so much that when she goes missing, I know exactly where to find her. The updated pantry is a delight too---you made organizing so easy and fun that we can actually find what we're looking for now! Your workmanship is top-notch, and everyone we interacted with---Heidi (design), Solomon and Reggie (installation), Cole (reception), and Lyndsay (accounting)---was as nice as anyone could be. Heidi, in particular, met with us twice at the office and came out to the house twice, listening carefully to our needs and adjusting her proposals accordingly. She managed all of this while staying friendly and upbeat, and never once made us feel like we were being difficult, even though we probably were!”

“The front end manager on duty the day I went in was extremely helpful! I believe his name was Carl and he made sure I had a cart when he saw that my hands were full walking in the door and then he walked me to the very area of which I needed to go to helping me to find a flatbed on the way and even willing to go the next step into my visit! It was absolutely remarkable and I felt like I was living in a time that I thought was lost but it is not! Thank you Lowe's and Carl for making my visit extremely wonderful and helping me to have a sense of excitement for the community I live in!!”

“I want to give a huge thank you to Andrew, Carolyn, and Marlynn at Home Depot for the incredible customer service they provided while helping us purchase a riding lawn mower for my dad. My dad is elderly and has cancer and dementia, and they treated him with such kindness, patience, and respect throughout the entire process. They never rushed him, answered all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we found the right mower for his needs. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, these three reminded us that compassion still exists. They made what could have been a stressful experience into a wonderful one for our family. Thank you, Andrew, Carolyn, and Marlynn, for your professionalism, empathy, and genuine care. Home Depot is fortunate to have you on their team!”

“I'd like to thank Dylan, one of the managers, for assisting me in replacing a defective grill. Rather than have the defective grill picked up one day and the new grill delivered another day, Dylan went out of his way to make sure both the defective grill and replacement grill were picked up and delivered on the same day. Dylan is an absolute gem and a great representation of Home Depot!”

“I have to give a huge shoutout to Sean at Lowe’s! I purchased a new washer and dryer, and from the beginning Sean went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He didn’t just help me with the purchase and send me on my way. He kept up with my delivery, stayed in touch with me throughout the process, and made sure I knew what was happening next. He also thought of all the little things I wouldn’t have known to ask about, including making sure the pickup location had the correct hoses and everything needed to properly hook up my washer and dryer. Before delivery, I realized I had a question about something that appeared to be missing for the dryer. Sean took the time to reach out to a plumber to confirm exactly what was needed so I wouldn’t run into a problem on delivery day. This is what true customer service looks like. Sean genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. You just don’t come across this level of service very often anymore, and when you do, that person deserves to be recognized. Lowe’s is very lucky to have Sean. Thank you for taking such good care of me and making one part of moving into a new home a whole lot easier!”
