About Jim Ellis Mazda Marietta Service
Jim Ellis Mazda Marietta Service offers a range of car services for Mazda vehicles, performed by certified technicians using genuine Mazda parts. Customers appreciate the courteous service advisors and the comfortable waiting area, which features free refreshments, snacks, and Wi-Fi. However, several reviews highlight issues with the quality of work. Customers reported problems such as tools left under the hood, leaking oil, and inadequate tire maintenance after paying for services like tire rotation. Some also expressed frustration over the car wash, which they felt could damage the vehicle's clear coat. While the service team is noted for their willingness to make things right, concerns about the thoroughness of inspections and repairs remain. Customers have experienced mixed feelings, with some satisfied with their vehicle purchases but unsure about the service quality. Overall, Jim Ellis Mazda Marietta Service has potential, but improvement in service execution and attention to detail is needed to build customer confidence.

Sherrian helped me today to find the most perfect Mazda I could’ve asked for. She was understanding of all my wants, and helped me find a car in my budget. By far the sweetest person that works here, and I’m glad it was her who helped me today :) Give her a promotion!
