“For our renovated bedroom, we never considered using any other company because of the great customer service, superb quality of the flooring, fantastic pricing and the expert technical skills of the floor installer. We had used Enhanced Floors for the kitchen and den flooring previously.

All of our questions and concerns were answered to our satisfaction. Elizabeth ensured the floor installation were on the days we preferred and that the product was available as well. The flooring technician, Junior (JR), came and did everything necessary to ensure the sub-floor was perfectly level. Junior sanded the floor joists vice sanding the plywood and making it too thin. He put down a cement self-leveling compound and on the second day, he installed the flooring and quarter round. Instead of putting down the next flooring piece in the box, he made sure that the design and color scheme, looked fabulous and off-set the boards.
Junior’s remarkable ability to make this the best day of our lives and his meticulous attention to detail and coordination efforts, resulted in giving us a bedroom floor that is unmatched.
Junior displayed great customer service, intelligence, technical expertise and professional knowledge and his communication skills are unsurpassed. He possess the qualities necessary in a successful business – the ability to balance the needs of the company with the greater needs of the customer.
