“I patronize Smart Laundry in Marietta about three or four times a month. The facility is clean and well maintained. The washers and dryers are excellent at there respective tasks. My one complaint is that the washing machine dispensers (place where you add detergent/fabric softener) are not cleaned enough. They SHOULD BE CLEANED regularly/throughout the day!!”

“I took my grandmothers 60 year old wedding dress here after some alterations before my wedding and they handled it so wonderfully. The lady giving me the dress at pickup couldn’t even tell its age! I would’ve paid an absurd amount of money for this dress and they were extremely well priced and did it in less than a week. Would definitely use again for especially important garments

“This place has amazing customer service! Jacky was truly God-sent. My washer broke, and I had a huge amount of laundry. I honestly felt overwhelmed just thinking about bringing it all inside. Jacky welcomed me right away, explained how everything worked, showed me around, and made sure I felt supported the entire time. The facility is clean, organized, and well maintained, even the restroom was spotless. I genuinely appreciated the experience and will definitely be back for my larger items, even once my washer is fixed. Thank you for making my day so much better!”

“To who it May concern. I pulled up this morning to go to wash my clothes and on Palm arriving there was this young lady we was both trying to go down the same Lane but we was in each other way the lady was very angry at the situation so she was smuggling some stuff shaking her head very upset I stay where I was and let her move around to the other side and I pulled on up in front of the door.Once I started to go inside the young lady had already walked in before me because I loaded my cart and let it sit out to the side as I want to park my vehicle in the parking area. Once I walk through the door I was behind the young lady pushing my cart when she said she don't have time for this stupid mess she was very angry I didn't know if she was angry at me or the young lady at the front desk. I thought she was angry at me but I wasn't sure because I was behind her and I don't know if she knew I had walked in because I noticed she did not have a conversation with the lady at the first desk she just walked away very angry upset mad and I think it's due to the situation with me and her in the parking lot I didn't think that it should be road rage but you just don't know what's on people mind .Dealing with people you never know what's on their mind.Miss Lakitta have always treated me and my family well. I am so thankful that she works at that location. I have a big family five sons and about 15 grandchildren and daughter in love we are a big family. And we need to utilize those big washers and dry so every time that we need to wash clothes we go to that location. I am so thankful because I am treated with so much respect. Miss Lakitta take her job very seriously she let us know if this thing that we are doing wrong she don't mind speaking up about keeping the place clean. I'm thankful because she remind me of my grandkids that that's not a place to be running and playing cuz they don't want me to get hurt she act like she's a grandmother I don't mind sharing special one you treat my family with so much respect. There are so many laundromats that I could go to but I choose that one because the people there that works make you feel like you're part of the family I was in there one night washing clothes when this gentleman helped me fold the laundry that works there he said I had complication folding blankets and he helped out that's just how wonderful the people that works there take their job very seriously when I'm at when I ask to use the bathroom it is no problem I thank God that when I go there they keep it clean. Have been sometimes I come there and I noticed that they're not working and I kind of smell a little older in the in the building it kind of smell a little awful for the most part they keep the place clean swept the floors are always swept I feel bad when I go there with so many clothes and stuff just falling out all over the place paper and Candy six wrappers so much stuff falling out of my laundry but they don't complain they just take the room and sweep and keep moving they make me feel proud to be able to go to a place that have a good clean safe environment.”

My family was in town and forgot to pick up their dress, they stayed open an extra 40minutes and they were able to get the dress.
They did not have to do that but that life saving moment was highly appreciated.”

“It's always open machines. It's clean and the bathroom is sanitary. Getting change, soap powder and bleach is easy and usually available. The staff/lady is always helpful, Attentive, kind and courteous. They have t.v.s phone, ATM, video games for kids. And, near by stores like barber shops, hair salon, resteraunts, bincredible, family dollar ect. I'm usually in and out in maybe an hour. Old school charm. That is definately needed for people like me with no machines at home and want cleanliness and a quick courteous visit. It's safe to call this one of my better experiences..”

I dropped off an order Wednesday to be picked up on Thursday.
I went to pick up my order and the total was $86 and change.
Everything looked great except a clear envelope that was attached to my order. It was obviously left in my clothing.

“This is such a great cleaners. The owner is kind. My clothes are always cleaned and pressed perfectly. He probably doesn’t remember giving me a box for my wire hangers that I like to return, to the cleaners, but it has travelled with me to a few states and I still have and use it. I’ve returned after years away and it’s the only cleaner’s that I will use.”

“This laundromat is clean staff is awesome . The washers and dryer are clean and affordable for anyone on a budget. The staff us wonderful they make sure your needs are met immediately for example if a washer or dryer not working they go out of the way to help and make sure everything goes smoothly. I found this laundromat thru Google. I highly recommend this laundromat this place is spotless nice people from all walk of life use them and everyone is treated with respect and kindness ill be going back next week at least till my dryer is fixed . I used 6 washers and 6 dryer was done within the hour. Great place.”

Do not put a $20 in the change machine. Took my money, however the very sweet woman that runs the place refunded my money. She called me back the day after and was extremely nice.”
