“They always do a great job with the cleaning, have it ready when they say they will, and treat their customers right. Knew me by name the second time I dropped off/picked up clothes. They were recommended by another west Cobb cleaner we previously used when we moved closer to the Square.”

“I had a few negative experiences but decided to give this place another try and have nothing but positives to say. Unfortunately, some very rude customers moved my laundry out of the dryer and when I returned, my clothes were sopping wet and dirty. I let the attendant, April, know what happened and she went above and beyond to make it right. She even did her best to politely settle the aggressive customers when they continued to antagonize my mother and I from across the shop after it had been addressed. Big thank you to her. ❤”

“How have I not known about this place before?? I often have to take my big fluffy comforters to a laundromat because I have a small European sized Miele washer and dryer that fit nothing. I was so impressed from the moment I walked in--it was SPOTLESS and I mean ultra clean; the people working there were so friendly and professional and I think I paid half of what I have been paying in the past to get my comforter cleaned. I will be back!”

“I love this place. It was clean and up to date. You load a refillable card and tap and pay as you go. Lots of washers for various size loads, dryers, and vending machines for snacks and laundry supplies. I washed my washable rugs and their “heavy duty” gesture cleaned them so well!”

“Living in East Cobb, laundromat options are pretty slim on this side of town, so stumbling on Sandtown Laundromat felt like finding a hidden gem. You all have built such a lovely little community here, pool table and all, which was such a fun surprise! The space was sparkling clean, and I was able to wash my oversized rug with ease. Plus there are so many local shops and restaurants nearby to pop into while you wait. Thank you for making a laundry day feel a little less stressful!”

“This is my favorite place to go to wash clothes, the machines work perfectly and are always clean, the price is fair and the service is very good. It is 20 minutes from my residence, but it doesn't matter, I have tried several coin-operated laundry places and this is the best. I recommend it.”

“This place is my go-to whenever I need a dry cleaner! They're always so welcoming and quick with their service. They totally took care of me when I needed my dress uniforms done. Plus, they've even cleaned some of my bedding because my washer at home can't handle the material. It's awesome to have a place I can really trust.”

“I took my grandmothers 60 year old wedding dress here after some alterations before my wedding and they handled it so wonderfully. The lady giving me the dress at pickup couldn’t even tell its age! I would’ve paid an absurd amount of money for this dress and they were extremely well priced and did it in less than a week. Would definitely use again for especially important garments Before and after pictures ***they only did cleaning not alterations ****”

“Extremely customer oriented, very pleasant working with them and recommend them all the time. My family was in town and forgot to pick up their dress, they stayed open an extra 40minutes and they were able to get the dress. They did not have to do that but that life saving moment was highly appreciated.”

“?✨ A Cute Neighborhood Laundry! I stopped by Drip Drop Laundry while traveling through Georgia to wash some clothes, and I’m glad I did! This is such a convenient location, sitting right off I-75, making it an easy stop if you’re traveling through the area. There’s a convenience store right next door, along with a DIY car wash, so you can knock out a few errands while you’re there. The parking lot is spacious and felt safe, which is always a plus when you’re traveling. If you’re in the area and need to wash some clothes, stop by Drip Drop Laundry! ?❤️”

“To who it May concern. I pulled up this morning to go to wash my clothes and on Palm arriving there was this young lady we was both trying to go down the same Lane but we was in each other way the lady was very angry at the situation so she was smuggling some stuff shaking her head very upset I stay where I was and let her move around to the other side and I pulled on up in front of the door.Once I started to go inside the young lady had already walked in before me because I loaded my cart and let it sit out to the side as I want to park my vehicle in the parking area. Once I walk through the door I was behind the young lady pushing my cart when she said she don't have time for this stupid mess she was very angry I didn't know if she was angry at me or the young lady at the front desk. I thought she was angry at me but I wasn't sure because I was behind her and I don't know if she knew I had walked in because I noticed she did not have a conversation with the lady at the first desk she just walked away very angry upset mad and I think it's due to the situation with me and her in the parking lot I didn't think that it should be road rage but you just don't know what's on people mind .Dealing with people you never know what's on their mind.Miss Lakitta have always treated me and my family well. I am so thankful that she works at that location. I have a big family five sons and about 15 grandchildren and daughter in love we are a big family. And we need to utilize those big washers and dry so every time that we need to wash clothes we go to that location. I am so thankful because I am treated with so much respect. Miss Lakitta take her job very seriously she let us know if this thing that we are doing wrong she don't mind speaking up about keeping the place clean. I'm thankful because she remind me of my grandkids that that's not a place to be running and playing cuz they don't want me to get hurt she act like she's a grandmother I don't mind sharing special one you treat my family with so much respect. There are so many laundromats that I could go to but I choose that one because the people there that works make you feel like you're part of the family I was in there one night washing clothes when this gentleman helped me fold the laundry that works there he said I had complication folding blankets and he helped out that's just how wonderful the people that works there take their job very seriously when I'm at when I ask to use the bathroom it is no problem I thank God that when I go there they keep it clean. Have been sometimes I come there and I noticed that they're not working and I kind of smell a little older in the in the building it kind of smell a little awful for the most part they keep the place clean swept the floors are always swept I feel bad when I go there with so many clothes and stuff just falling out all over the place paper and Candy six wrappers so much stuff falling out of my laundry but they don't complain they just take the room and sweep and keep moving they make me feel proud to be able to go to a place that have a good clean safe environment.”

“This is such a great cleaners. The owner is kind. My clothes are always cleaned and pressed perfectly. He probably doesn’t remember giving me a box for my wire hangers that I like to return, to the cleaners, but it has travelled with me to a few states and I still have and use it. I’ve returned after years away and it’s the only cleaner’s that I will use.”

“It is the day after Thanksgiving, and I needed a laundromat in a hurry.. this was the only one open. I'm so glad I found this place. Been to a ton of laundromats in my life, and this, by far, is the cleanest I've ever been in! No trash on the floor, counters and machines are clean. And I love being able to pay for everything with the app. It will even text you to let you know your wash is ready. Found my new favorite laundromat!”

“It's always open machines. It's clean and the bathroom is sanitary. Getting change, soap powder and bleach is easy and usually available. The staff/lady is always helpful, Attentive, kind and courteous. They have t.v.s phone, ATM, video games for kids. And, near by stores like barber shops, hair salon, resteraunts, bincredible, family dollar ect. I'm usually in and out in maybe an hour. Old school charm. That is definately needed for people like me with no machines at home and want cleanliness and a quick courteous visit. It's safe to call this one of my better experiences..”
