    Watch your bill every month for surprise increases. Everything is explained away as the customers fault or that the slow evil computer did it.

    Rude, would not recommend. Called for service on a previous policy and would not get service, and agent hung up on us. I have been in the insurance business for 15 years, I would recommend another agent for better service
